Chen’s place had everything we needed for an end of season skip trip. Shuttle made getting to Northstar easy. Perfect setup for a group of friends.

Such a wonderful stay for the weekend! Everything was clean, warm and welcoming. The neighborhood was so serene. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. As far as checkout, I recommend taking the trash out the night before you plan to leave. It’ll save you a back and forth trip the morning of! I would definitely plan a stay here again!

The spacious and immaculately clean house provided ample room for all of us to relax comfortably. The kids were especially thrilled with the swimming pool and hot tub, adding an extra element of fun to our stay. The peaceful and pleasant neighborhood only added to the overall charm of the location. Moreover, having access to convenient amenities such as the washer and dryer made our stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to the casinos in Reno was also a bonus, allowing us to explore the area with ease. Once again, thank you for your warm hospitality and for accommodating us during our visit. We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful high-end cabin in Truckee. The attention to detail was exceptional—from the luxurious furnishings to the stunning mountain views, every element was thoughtfully curated for comfort and style. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking meals after a day of adventure. We especially loved the cozy fireplace, hot tub under the stars, and the peaceful surroundings that made it feel like a true escape. Just a short drive to skiing, downtown Truckee, and Lake Tahoe, the location was unbeatable. This cabin is a gem. What truly set this stay apart was the host. Korri was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It felt like staying at a five-star retreat with the personal touch of a caring host. Thank you Korri! The location was ideal—secluded enough to feel peaceful, but just minutes from downtown Truckee, ski resorts, and outdoor adventures. Next visit booked already

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and it is the only place our family of 6 and the family dog will stay. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns and reply in a timely fashion. I appreciate the flexibility of check in and check out. They have been wonderful hosts!

Blue Mountain Haus offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. With parking right in front of the unit and a shuttle to the village just two doors down. This beautifully remodeled unit in NorthStar at Tahoe feels like home. Thoughtfully decorated, it offers a warm, inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed for the family chef, seamlessly connecting to the dining and family rooms for quality time together. The cozy living room features ample seating, a gas fireplace, and stunning snow-capped hillside views. A quaint balcony with a bistro table is perfect for coffee, wine, or simply enjoying the scenery. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plush mattresses, soft linens, and fresh pillows. A stocked laundry area with new machines keeps up with outdoor adventures. Thoughtful details and communicative hosts made this our most memorable vacation rental. We can’t wait to return for another season of relaxation and adventure! Thank you, Chad!

David is the best host! He went out of the way to make check-in super easy for us which is so helpful for arrival on a snowy night with kids in tow. He's extremely accommodating to our questions and requests, and we really really appreciate how responsive he is both before and after the trip. His place is super close to the Northstar resort and is right on the shuttle route, it really can't be more convenient than that. All in all, highly recommend David's place. Ideal location for a family ski trip. Parked in heated garage and didn’t have to get in the car until it was time to leave. Spacious and fully stocked. Would stay again.

This is the most nicely updated Ski Trails place we've stayed in, and we have been in quite a few! Definitely would come back. Eric also super accommodating in letting us check out late when no one was coming in that day, which made a great difference for us getting a relaxed ski day before we left. Jaysa’s place was very comfortable and centrally located to many days excursions. Everything was available to make our families stay like home. We definitely would stay again

Our stay was great! I thought the space was the perfect size for myself, husband and two small kiddos. And having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. The location was a very short 5 minute walk to The Village and the path was easy to follow. We didn't use the kitchen much so I can't speak to it but they had everything you need. Amy was quick to communicate and was very flexible/understanding with a last minute extension that we ended up not needing. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

My friends and I had awesome ski weekend at Northstar. We had two little kids and they LOVED the place with books and games in the two single bed room. Location is awesome, so close to the village. A loft above the kitchen definitely brings out an inner kid of myself. Place was clean, full stock of appliances and dishes. One of the best places I stayed! Willing to stay again.

We enjoyed staying at John’s place it was peaceful and great to watch the stars from the balcony. The lounge area and the beds were comfortable. Always great to have a washing machine and dryer to use. We enjoyed Tahoe, the sun shined all week. John was a great host, offering early check in and local recommendations. Thanks Simon and Lisa

We had a great stay with our 5 and 8 year old kids and family dog. Fantastic location and great value- exactly as pictured. Cozy, not fussy, right in the heart of the Northstar village. If you need a midday break from skiing or have a napping child, this location is so close that it would be easy to come back for lunch or a rest. Other guests noted the 2 flights of stairs and one elevator as a potential draw back. Wasn't a problem for us on shoulder season. We left our skiiis in the car, you could also check them at the valet if you've got your hands full with kiddos. We used the heated pool and hot tubs at the recc center. Doggy relief was as convenient as it could be in an apartment-like building. Lots of patches of dirt close by with a nice walking trail by the recc center. One note, we had some nice spring weather and the loft got warm in the afternoons. Drawing the shades during the day and opening windows and doors for the evening made it more comfortable for sleeping.

Chris’s place was just as described. It was so easy to walk to the village and ski down to the gondola each morning. We cooked dinner each night and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.
