This gorgeous waterfront home is a block from the lake, coffee, & fine dining. It's 3000 sq. feet, 3.5 baths, 2 balconies, a clean 2-car garage, and unlimited hot water. We're in a good neighborhood. There is parking for 10 cars & even semi-trucks. Sixteen people fit nicely. We allow 22 (maybe more if you check in first.) You can easily walk to activities, a beautiful mall, and a big playground. We're on Bayshore Dr. Sometimes available: early check-in, late-out. No-hassle door codes!

Skiing resorts are located within 45 minutes to an hour. It is listed as a 5 bedroom, but can also be considered as 6 bedrooms due to its layout where the master bedroom has an open attached side room. Our guests have enjoyed the right balance of being together and also having their own private space.

We LOVE this area! We usually stay in the houses along the waterfront when we have large groups, but this was perfect for a quick trip with just my husband & I. This area is our favorite. The coffee shop & water bar are the perfect spots for evening drinks & apps or pastries & lattes in the morning after a sunrise walk around the lake. You can spend the day shopping at the huge shopping center that's just a short walk down the road. Everything you can think is right there. And it just a quick 10 min drive if you wanted to go down to the row and try your luck at the casinos. My only complaint would be that the apartment complex was so big & complex, there was no maps that it was kinda hard to find our unit. Especially since we arrived late and there was no one at the front desk who could help. Other than that, it was a great stay & we'll definitely be back.

Exquisite Lakefront Condo

Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

Wonderful condo: quiet, super clean and well-decorated, high ceilings, big windows, great view. An especially great stay of you are a dog owner… there is a walking trail around the lake right outside the door. Also walkable to great shopping and restaurants.

Plushy was a great host and extremely responsive. Location is also beautiful and right next to the river. We woke up to a snowy view in the morning at it was lovely.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!
