Great place especially for larger groups. We had 14 and everyone was comfortable. Just be aware that this house is 4 levels and the stairs are a consideration. Would go back again!

This property is a fav! We love how dog friendly, the wrap around deck is a huge bonus. It’s always clean and cozy. It’s close to so many things, walking distance too. Lastly, Raena our host is really sweet to work with. We’ll be back for sure. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this Lake Tahoe home was truly wonderful. The house was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in, with no bugs or lizards anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully organized, and we appreciated small details like the brand-new sponge and high-quality toiletries. The washer and dryer were a great help after days of hiking. The location was perfect, just minutes from Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and Monkey Rock. The hosts went above and beyond by providing milk, eggs, snacks, beach towels, and beach chairs, along with a handwritten welcome note that made us feel so cared for. Their responsiveness and kindness added so much to our experience. This home was the ideal base for exploring both Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. We felt completely at ease and truly appreciated the warmth and thoughtfulness in every aspect of the stay. It made our trip incredibly memorable.

SeaAnna is very responsive and friendly. She answered our questions promptly, and booking was a breeze. The home is cozy and clean, and is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable. We brought our dogs and the fenced backyard with a bit of grass is extremely convenient. Last but not least, simplest check out instructions ever! We only had to take out the trash and turn on the dishwasher, no need to deal with linens or anything else.

We had a great stay! The 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom setup was perfect for our family and extra guests—definitely a big plus. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

We had a great stay in Carol’s Airbnb and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone coming to Reno and looking for a home away from home! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed (special mention must be made of the completely equipped kitchen). The place is located on a cul-de-sac in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood - but still only a 2-3 minute drive away from gas and a supermarket. Carol greeted us warmly upon check-in and was always available whenever we had questions.

Debra's place is cute and well done. I usually stay at places that are somewhat larger but this space was just fine for a 3 night stay. Much nicer than some places that just grab what's on sale at Target for the interior! The bed was comfortable, and the split AC into worked perfectly - I just set the temperature I like and it kept both rooms just right. It's an older section of Reno, which is a huge plus for me. Nice and quiet at night. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at David's apartment. Check-in was easy, everything was well kept, clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooks the Truckee river with our morning coffee. We also enjoyed the walking trail along the river. We walked down to Idlewild Park for the farmer's market on Sunday and brought back good things to cook and eat. Going the other way on the trail with our bikes was a nice ride. We rode all the way up into the hills until we joined with the Steamboat Ditch trail and then went along that for several miles. The apartment is well located for other things as well. We were there for our son's PhD graduation at the University of Nevada and it worked well for that. Highly recommend this airbnb.

This is a rustic and historical gem! The space is cozy and exceptionally clean. Love the large bathroom! The window A/C in the bedroom was the coldest ac I have ever come across and it makes the whole space cold!!! The area around the rental is great for walking our dogs. The Silver Springs Park is right up the hill behind the rental with plenty of green space for the pups. Also the Silver Springs Cemetery is right down the street and fun to walk thru and read the tombstones. We door dashed food from Dayton and explored Virginia City during the day. The location is perfect!!!! Hope to stay again!

Such a cozy home and the most comfortable beds! You’ll feel right at home, a perfect space for a quiet, relaxing vacation by Lake Tahoe! Short walk or drive to restaurants and grocery. Only a 45min drive from Reno as well. Look forward to staying here again!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the location, close to everything I needed, including great restaurants, shops, and beaches. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

Really nice place to stay. Nice location, a few minutes' drive to most activities on the north shore. Full kitchen with more than enough cookware and condiments. Communication is fast and effective. We are a party of two, so the space is more than enough: large beds, and the living room is cozy with a fireplace and a TV where you can watch netflix, youtube, etc. Overall, great experience and strongly recommended!

We travel often and this space was 10/10! Absolutely beautiful! Comfortable, clean, stocked! Kids loves the board game. Kitchen had every amenity of home! Great communication! Great location! Great place to stay! 5 minute drive to Diamond Peak for skiing. Close to local restaurants. The condo was comfortable, cozy, and warm (we visited in the winter) with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Thank you Janet and team!

This is a great spot for a couple! It’s about 10 mins to Incline Village and Kings beach. Incline village beach is right down the road, a 3 minute drive. Grocery stores are nearby. The place is super clean and comfy. Joanna was amazingly responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
