The house is really like the description, wonderful outdoor area, indoor accommodation as well. The bad thing was having to leave. Marcello is very kind and helpful. We love it! We're already looking at a new date to come back. 🩷

I went with high expectations and was still surprised. The house is beautiful, comfortable, private, with incredible views and all the amenities listed. It has a dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, cozy blankets and hammocks for lying down and watching the scenery. Watching the clouds while drinking coffee in the hammock was fantastic. The host is super helpful and flexible. I loved the thoughtfulness of offering a toothbrush and toothpaste sachets (those who forgot appreciate it!). The place is great for those who want to climb Pico da Caledônia.

This place is a real refuge for those seeking peace and relaxation. The atmosphere is extremely clean and well cared for, with a cozy decor that makes us feel at home. The location is super calm, ideal for resting without noises or worries. If you're looking for a place to really disconnect and renew your energies, that's the right destination! I will definitely return!

Sitio Araçá is just amazing. Surrounded by mountains and green you find an unimaginable peace. Next to a river with a super accessible trail, where you can take a dip and recharge. The space is beautiful, super well equipped, has a viewpoint with an amazing view and it is still possible to light a fire!! Both Elio and Juliano make the experience even better. Both are very friendly, attentive, polite and helpful. We were perfectly explained all the steps to get to the site, provided great tips! No doubt we will return and refer to friends and the entire Airbnb community!

Excellent location, close enough to enjoy the Carnival, about 10 min walk and far enough to not be bothered by it. The AP is quite complete, it has everything to spend long seasons in it. The condominium is also very large, with swimming pool, sauna, hydro, parking, reading area and more... Anyway, I will come back other times

Ótima Stay, Marcelo and Ingrid are very receptive, they were partners to present all the utilities of the residence, they made us happy, my family and I enjoyed it very much.

The house is wonderful and I think the images are not enough to describe it. It has a privileged view towards Ferradura Bay and everything you need to enjoy the place. Simon is a great host and is always attentive to every detail. He gave us many recommendations for walks, restaurants and different activities that I can say, were very accurate!! The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beaches and the different attractions of Buzios. In addition to all this, the manager, Hugo, is always present, who is a great person, very attentive and always available to make your stay a perfect moment. Nor can we forget Jackeline, who is a great cook and helped us with the different household chores, making our vacation very comfortable. We can only thank the 3 of them for their impeccable attention and helpfulness, always on time.

Weekend was amazing! The house meets in every way! Having various environments so you can use. The staff are great, and super helpful. The food they made also very good! We didn't leave the house at any time! We'll be back soon for sure!

Zilda is a wonderful person and a kind, present, thoughtful host with a huge heart. Regarding check-in, he is flexible with the schedule, he provided us with very useful information about the place and was always attentive to any needs. The house is very complete, the bathrooms are spacious, the spaces are comfortable, all the rooms have a fan that is sufficient for night temperatures. In addition, he gave us the barbecue and all the spaces for free use. In addition to that, near the place we had Porto da Barra, a complex of gastronomic places and very nice shops. To go downtown or to a beach a little further away, they offer transfers three blocks away on the avenue for 5 reals per section throughout the peninsula. Without hesitation I recommend the accommodation offered by Zilda, a genius !!!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

The house is perfect for those who seek contact with nature, without giving up comfort and privacy. Even surrounded by green on all sides, the internet connection is good and stable and the facilities are very well taken care of. We were not lucky to catch days of sunshine, so the beautiful garden was more for contemplation and the fire pit that the housekeeper had prepared ended up serving to feed the living room fireplace. It was relaxing to spend the night listening only to the crack of the wood in the fire and seeing the fireflies in the balcony of the house. As for the hosts, Cecilia, Henrique and the homemakers were always very helpful. We want to go back with the most open time to enjoy more of the river and take a walk around the region, which is beautiful.
