Vacation rentals with a patio in Quesada

Highly recommended. Clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Including beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach is 600 meters directly. Inside the complex there is a real green area and a good size swimming pool. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The prices ARE VERY AFFORDABLE, the choice is huge and the quality is on the level. The living room is very hospitable and friendly. Reality exceeded expectations. Recommended again. Yuri, Natalia

Great stay, lovely place and well thought out and fully equipped kitchen. We travelled with a 2 year old and literally had everything we would need down to the plates and cutlery for kids. Hot tub was great with a nice garden space. We all enjoyed our stay and would deffos look to book this place again on our next visit

We felt right at home in Tomas' apartment! The residential development is wonderful and the location is great for walking down to the beach, we were very grateful not to have to use the car every day. The patio is a perfect size and because of the orientation it is not too sunny and there is a very good breeze. You know the place is right when you miss something from home! We had a great time and we'll definitely be back. Tomas was attentive to us, trying to make things easy. He was flexible with both check-in and check-out. The days we spent there were wonderful! Our stay in the apartment was very good overall. Although we had some setbacks at first, such as problems with the heating and a toaster that didn't work, we managed to fix them easily. Maria was very friendly and always attentive, making sure we were comfortable. She even refunded us for the heater we bought to improve our experience. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and in an ideal location. There is a supermarket just below the house, which is very convenient, and both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor are steps away, which makes the location spectacular. The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing was missing in general, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bed was spacious and we rested very well. Although we traveled in winter, with fewer activities available, in summer this place must be amazing. In short, it's a five-star apartment that we would recommend without hesitation.

We had a lovely two week stay at this apartment, very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. WiFi fast and no problems connecting to it, nice washing machine and good hot water and shower. Only small thing was lack of instructions for the electric cooker hob as we use gas at home, this was easily solved with a quick search online. Rudolf was excelent and always available, we recommend this apartment and we have been in many over the years.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

We had a fantastic week at Maria's apartment. The location is unbeatable: in a quiet area, perfect for rest, and only 50 meters from the beach, literally four steps away. In addition, the promenade that surrounds it is huge and beautiful, ideal for long walks. The area is very accessible and comfortable to get around. The apartment was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very well equipped, with all kinds of appliances and amenities. The hosts were lovely and always attentive to any need. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we will repeat. Totally recommendable!

The house is great, it has everything you can ask for in the house, conpleted kitchen, it has a spectacular patio is huge, the beach 4 minutes with promenade with many bars and if you want to walk to Santa Pola in 40 minutes you arrive, by car 5 min. Luciana very kindly welcomed us and let us in before the hour, she put us several messages if everything was okay, she answers very quickly the messages, the truth that I would repeat this house. 100% recommended.

Great apartment in a fantastic location, everything is close by. Shops, beach, restaurants. short distance to the bus terminal. Good standard with everything you would expect from a modern apartment.

The penthouse is beautiful, with everything you need, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located within walking distance to the beach. The pool just below is great for cooling off and the kids enjoyed it very much. The best part is the terrace! It's what we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, she answers superfast and is attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

We have stayed in the Roda resort many times, but I have to say this is by far the nicest property. The apartment was immaculate, plenty of TV channels to watch in the evening as it was January and a little too cold to stay out and about too late. The bed was the comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Michael and Sue were very prompt at replying to any questions and very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely, peaceful, relaxing holiday, would definitely return.

Cozy 2-bedroom apartment with central location, close to sea and a lot of restaurants. Had everything we needed for our stay, balcony was nice to spend evening on, just small negative thing was northern location and no sun on balcony all day. Private underground parking also nice benefit as well as 2 sets of keys.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, with two bedrooms with three bathrooms. Views of the high sea almost under its own large balcony, where the sun shone from morning to well into the afternoon. Great location on the quiet Los Logos beach, a short walk from downtown.
