Lehn dich zurück, entspanne und hab spaß – in diesem ruhigen, stilvollen Haus . Mit ausreichend Platz bietet dieses Juwel sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Die Terrasse lädt zum ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden ein während der Pool Dir allein für eine willkommene Abkühlung bereit steht. Die Pool wird nicht beheizt. Die vielen Strände mit BeachClubs und -Bars erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Tritt ein und genieß!

Newly built villa. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private heated pool. 10 adults can comfortably share our 5 double bedrooms, pluss up to 3 kids/teens in one convertable couch for two and one convertable chair. Additional baby beds are possible in two of the rooms. Lower floor: 2 bedrooms, a laundry room, living room, a bathroom and a patio traversing all. Main floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the garden.

Casa Picasso

Casa Picasso is een heerlijk huis met mooie buitenomgeving inclusief privézwembad, barbecue en overkapping. Het ligt centraal gelegen in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, wat een prachtige omgeving is met voldoende barretjes, restaurantjes , winkels en meerdere supermarkten in de buurt. Met de auto is het 12 minuten rijden naar de mooie stranden van Guardamar del Segura, wat doorgaans wordt gezien als de mooiste stranden van de Costa Blanca. Ook Aquapark Rojales en golfclub La Marquesa is zeer dichtbij.

Within a short (10 min) walk to La Marquesa Centre, where there are plenty of Bars, Restaurants and Shops including a supermarket, the apartment is ideally located for you to have an enjoyable stay. It's near the very popular towns of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales. There is a great view from the balcony where you can watch the golfers tee off. The apartment has a lovely sunny outside space with table, chairs and sunbeds.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.
