Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

It is an ideal house to spend a few days with family or friends. Very spacious, very comfortable, the heated pool, the games. Highly recommended. We'll be back!!

Great place - we really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were friendly and gave us lots of information. Villa was well equipped, clean and spacious. Views from the roof terrace were great. Hot tub was lovely. Would highly recommend. Thank you Kirsty we gad a fabulous time.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

It was just what we needed, there was an amazing cafe within walking distance and it was within 15 minutes of loads of amazing restaurants and within an hour were loads of day trips

We were warmly welcomed, the house has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. If there were any concerns, they were taken care of directly. The location is great, you can walk to the beach and restaurants etc. We were very satisfied with everything.

accommodation as described, beautiful view ,large balcony and very well-equipped accommodation. Attention more than 60 steps to get to the apartment. Difficulty when we arrived to find the accommodation , our phone call to Francisco went unanswered . A few more details would be needed .

Mihais apartment was in the right place to explore what Villa Martin has got to offer, the apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and comfortable to stay in, I will definitely be staying again thank you very much.

We had a great time at Maria's. The apartment is in a very good location with a lovely sea view. It is as described in the listing and well-equipped. The place is quiet too, we slept very well. The wifi works particularly well. Communication with Maria was very easy. Always available, we arrived late and everything was well explained so that we could easily find the apartment. She was also responsive during the stay when we needed her. We warmly thank Maria and hope to return when we can. Thanks also for the welcome kit with very good local fruits and more!

Fantastic luxury apartment with all but then really all amenities. Many extras e.g. in the kitchen a Jura coffee machine including beans as well as a coffee cup machine including various types of cups. Various pampering and generously filled fruit bowl. In the bathroom also a lot available, including body lotion, shampoo, hairspray, makeup cotton, panty liners, luxury toilet paper etc. Nice and lots of towels. Lovely mattresses and pillows as well as the bedding. The pellet stove was also great, which gave off a blissful heat. Bathrooms with underfloor heating. Double parking space in underground parking garage. We had a nice week here with super attentive hosts who even put a new TV for us so that we could stream Dutch programs with our phone. What a service. The apartment is on the 6th floor with beautiful views. The only downside is that in the winter months there is no sun on the balcony at all. In the park in front, you can sit in the sun

The apartment great to go with little ones, anything we forgot they had there. Spectacular views from every room. You feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The beach was great and has games practically all over the beach to play. We went with our dog too and there was no problem at all. Lily is very friendly and always attentive to any questions. We'll be back for sure.

The place is beautiful. Super comfortable, there were 12 of us, each with their own room and private bathroom. It's very comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy 4 amazing days. Decoration details that I loved!! We will definitely be back to that place. Leif was very helpful and friendly and was attentive to any issue. He even gave us a late check-out. I recommend this place, especially in summer weather to enjoy the pool, we couldn't because of the rainy weather.

I enjoyed spending almost 5 weeks here for a combination of work and vacation. Philip and Ilze are incredibly friendly, respond quickly, and have a lot of knowledge of the area, so they are packed with tips! Because the weather was so nice, I didn't use the sauna:) but the pool was lovely. Recommended if you are looking for peace and beautiful nature!

We spent a long weekend with 11 friends on Evelyn's stay. We arrived late on Thursday night, Evelyn was waiting for us and even offered to get groceries. Fantastically arranged. The space was much larger than the photos showed. The beds were all single and not very large, which was not bad for these few days but for longer stays I can imagine that it is less comfortable. The beach with restaurants was within walking distance and taxis are in front of the door within 20 minutes to take you to Alicante. Make sure that it is quiet at the end of the day because the surroundings reverberate enormously so local residents can enjoy the coziness of this accommodation. Finally, this place is highly recommended.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

David greeted us with great kindness, showed us around the house down to every detail, and had prepared many things ahead of our arrival. He gave us wine, croissants, coffee, milk, water and butter, among other things, which was very nice of him. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful garden and a big pool, it's even prettier than the pictures. The area is very quiet, you barely hear any people around, you can sleep by the pool to the sound of birds chirping. We will definitely be coming back, super recommended. Thank you David & Elena!

Lovely 3 nights in this lovely detached villa. Being December it was a little chilly in the evening but the pellet burner worked a treat. The villa had all you needed and would suit a family. We were just 2 people so we just used the downstairs. The village is low key and peaceful as well as being very neat and tidy. There are enough shopping, food and drink options in the village. Would like to return in summer when there’s a bit more life! Thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you.
