Additional baby beds are possible in two of the rooms. Lower floor: 2 bedrooms, a laundry room, living room, a bathroom and a patio traversing all. Main floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the garden.

It is centrally located in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, which is a beautiful area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and several supermarkets nearby. By car, it is a 12-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura, which are usually considered the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca. Aquapark Rojales and La Marquesa golf club are also very close.

Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.
