The house is ideal to go and spend a few days disconnected, you can breathe in a lot of tranquility. It's very clean inside, and well maintained. It has an outdoor area with a large barbecue that allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Maybe you need a little kitchenware - utensils for the barbecue, but it's not something that prevents you from doing it without problems. Gareth is a very kind and thoughtful host. Recommended place.

Great stay to stay with 9 friends. Walking distance as well as several supermarkets. The heated swimming pool and sauna was a great added value.

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa, very well kept, with private swimming pool. Possibility to have a heated pool, which is really a plus during the winter period. Impeccable layout of the villa, everything is well thought out for the well-being of the tenants. Quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants, etc.... Beautiful setting for the villa. Very private and peaceful. Our first villa experience , wanted something different than a hotel with our two young children. Was a great stay. We had a couple of queries during our stay and both Maria and Carlos were extremely attentive and helpful. Great hosts.

Had a lovely stay here ideal for a family get together for us and our grown up children Lovely pool and sheltered private gardens Great restaurants all within a 7 minute walk with lots of different cuisine to choose from The beach was a 40 minute walk or or 10 on our bikes and even in November the water was warm Would highly recommend

Fantastic holiday, location, villa and hosts. We needed a couple of things sorted, extra pillows and hot water put on as we had a couple of days with cloud. Spoke with Dagmar and it was sorted, nothing was a problem. We needed a break to relax and recharge and we did exactly that at Dagmar's villa it was perfect in every way. The only small thing was TV was only set for German & Spanish if it was a smart TV then 100% perfect instead of 99.999%. But seriously Beautiful villa & wonderful hosts would recommend staying. We never normally stay at the same villa when we return to Spain but if we decide to stay in Calp again I would return to Dagmar's without a doubt. Book it & enjoy.

Together with 3 friends, I stayed in Sylvia's beautiful, cozy house. We had a really lovely time! The house has every comfort, clean, tidy and cozy. The beds are very good. We found the spacious, sunny garden with sunbeds to be a big advantage. It is also very nice that you walk into the village of San Miguel in no time; the supermarket, bakery and various cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and shopping center are easy to drive to. In addition, the apartment is well insulated, we were not bothered by noise from the neighbors or from the outside. The communication with Sylvia has also been very pleasant. We recommend this holiday home to everyone!

Thank you Carmela and Berend for a beautiful place to stay. After a long day sight seeing it was great to come back to a beautiful tranquil house and area to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

A great stay. Ika is always available and attentive. There were two of us and a small Dog The outdoor space is spacious. The house is next to the beach. Very clean, with all amenities and a walk from the village. We only miss a small gate on the garden fence, although there is no danger as the development is closed.

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

The stay in Calpe/ Benissa with a direct view of the sea and the Ifach was simply fantastic. Not only the view that you even have from the bedroom, but also everything around it. The house is simple but very clean and there is everything you need. The contact with Renee and Jan was great, both very dear people. We enjoyed our time very much and envied anyone who has this wonderful view.

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

Perfect family home for our stay. Had everything we needed for us both and our 2 children. Travel cot, bed guard, clean towels, spotlessly clean place. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in this nice, tastefully decorated house. It is very well located, offering a view of the sea on one side and the mountain on the other. The pool is very beautiful and the large master suite very comfortable. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the calm.

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

The villa was fantastic. Very clean with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. We were 2 families with teenagers. The villa had plenty of room with excellent facilities, lots of outdoor space with seating areas and a good sized pool. Restaurants and supermarket within 10 mins walk and beach within 25 mins. Benidorm easily reached by both bus and train for a couple of euros. We got a taxi to Aqualandia for 12 euros each way. All in all we had a brilliant time and would highly recommend

We had a lovely stay. Very typical house in a very good location. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the center . It is very nice to be able to enjoy the two terraces well exposed and with a very nice view . Please note that the double beds are not wide .

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.
