Had a fantastic stay! Communication with the host was super friendly and clear. The apartment is in a top location to soak up the sun, especially on the great roof terrace with BBQ and jacuzzi – really a luxury! The bed was lovely, the bathroom was sparkling clean and in the kitchen there was everything you need. Highly recommended for those who want to relax in the sun. This is the best airbnb in Valencia! Clean, super modern, really nice furniture. Responsive host. I love the decor and the overall presentation of the apartment. It was very comfortable for a 10 day stay. Would prefer that there were more cleaning options however but cannot really complain overall !

Perfect apartment. Big inside underground parking. Beach and few local shops around. Great place if you want to stay in quite place. Recommend 100%. Would love to come back January or February when is cold and spend all time in hot tub with those views. 15 min from airport. 25 to Alicante old town.

The residential complex is very nice and cozy. The apartment is very new and comfortable to enjoy a vacation. The kids loved the jaccuzzi and the park. The beach of Carabassí is very nice and on the shores of the sun you can walk, although there is a bit of a hill. Near the apartment there are restaurants bars ice cream shops, park with attractions for the children at night. On Tuesdays and Fridays they make a market 4 blocks away with fruits and vegetables. Near is Santa pola from where you can go to Tabarca Island. Alicante is 15 minutes away. Jasmine was attentive all the time and was answering my quick . Another thing we liked was the terrace that is great especially at night. There is a train in Santa Pola to take a tour of the area. The markets are also nearby so it's all by hand

I had a wonderful time staying at this lovely place in Gran Alacant. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The area is peaceful and safe, with easy access to shops, beaches, and public transport. Sami was an exceptional host—very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I truly felt at home and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended
