Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Such a lovely home with unique touches. Very comfortable for our family of 4. On the edge of town with beautiful surroundings. Easy walkable access to all Assisi has to offer! Host is very helpful and responsive. We would love to come back!

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

Ester’s place was absolutely amazing! I fell in love with the beautiful stone and wooden floors, and the Tuscan kitchen was a dream—filled with gorgeous dishes and high-quality cookware that made cooking a pleasure. The linens smelled so fresh and clean, and the furnishings struck the perfect balance between rustic charm and elegant style. Every little detail, from the artwork to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, added so much character. This was not one of those bare, minimalistic places—it felt curated and cozy, full of warmth and personality. Giovanni and Ester were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. They reached out ahead of time to advise us to make reservations for Easter (which was a lifesaver!), helped arrange transportation, gave us fantastic local recommendations, and checked in to make sure we were doing well. We also really appreciated the welcoming bottle of prosecco, the breakfast treats, and the beautiful fresh oranges.

Picture perfect! I felt that it was the best possible home for our stay. Alessandra was very nice to interact with. An incredible gem and we were very lucky that we stayed there.

we had a tremendous stay. the bed was very comfortable, very good shower, spacious living room, lots of eqioment for a stay and we made very good use of the garden furniture - a perfect private garden setting It's in a prime location, near the bus station and escalators for yhe historic centre. Good local restaurants and supermarkets. Andrea was very helpful. Definitely recommended - an Airbnb we'll return to!

Elisabetta is always available and courteous. Clean, comfortable apartment in a strategic location for entering the historic center. Very quiet area, wake up to the sound of birds singing. Great accommodation for two.

Francesca's welcome was great, she pointed us to and recommended a small, inexpensive and excellent restaurant nearby.

Great location, responsive hosts, lots to do in the heart of Assisi. What more can you ask for? Wonderful place to experience the deeply religious experience of St Francis' hometown!

Giacomo is above and beyond the perfect host, and his apartment was exquisite. It was spacious, beautifully designed, had absolutely everything a visitor could need, and It was immaculate. The location could not have been better. It was just a few minutes walk to the Centro Storico with great restaurants and a phenomenal art museum. We loved Viale Indipendenza, and both in the morning and at night we stood there and looked out over Perugia and to the mountains. The sunsets were exquisite. Thank you, Giacomo, for every way you helped us have a great first visit to Perugia.

Clean and comfortable, provided all the necessities for travellers like us, including travel guide, toiletries, utilities and etc. Quiet place but convenient, grocery is just within walking distance

It’s easy to understand why this apartment is so well rated! From the location, the views, the well appointed kitchen, the mini split, the fun decor and engaging book collection, the cleanliness, etc. Simona was an ideal host: communicative and helpful. I was in contact with Federica more than six months before I arrived. She helped me with questions I had about the environment, was interested and was pleasant even though I flooded her with a lot of questions all the time, she answered kindly and quickly. The night before we came, I asked if there was an iron in the apartment. Since there wasn't, and Frederica understood that it was important to me, she went and bought it. In the refrigerator, eggs, milk, and even avocados were waiting for us. There was tea, jam, butter and bread. Quality bath soaps and the bed was incredibly comfortable. She was really waiting for us to come.
