The location is secluded and quiet, it conveys relaxation and peace even if it is only 1 km from the state road to Gubbio. The well-equipped kitchen to be able to cook and eat lake view in a thoughtful environment will be the setting for an unforgettable holiday. Dogs are welcome and stay for free.

Experience an authentic, fully equipped, lovingly renovated, vintage home with panoramic views of Lake Trasimeno. The cottage is on a hill and surrounded by olive trees. Our Italian caretaker (Luigina) lives down the road. Light the fireplace for cosy autumn/winter evenings, and a wisteria covered terrace for shaded dining in summer. The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).
