Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Como

The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Super nice accommodation, easily accessible. The host was clear in every instruction and always available for any clarifications.

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Eros and Daniel were the most incredible hosts. The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt like a true escape. Fresh towels and sheets, no bugs, and the private garden with lake views was absolutely stunning. We were walking distance to amazing restaurants, a market, a local bar, and a gelateria with some of the best gelato we’ve ever had. It was also an easy cab ride to Bellagio to catch the ferry to Tremezzo. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond for us. At one point we couldn’t figure out how to turn the stove off and they arrived within minutes to help. Their kindness and care made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We wish we could have stayed longer. This was a perfect experience in every way. 10 out of 10.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was really nice and communication was very good, i would recommend renting a car as it makes it easier to travel around como but there is a bus stop in front of the house which is convenient

Paola met us for check in and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the trip even after checkout when our plane ride to Milan cancelled last minute she helped us find new transportation. The space is beautiful and close to everything!

The apartment is so beautiful, clean and safe. There are a lot of small details and it’s clear that Anika and Florentin want their guests to have a relaxing and wonderful time. From the decor to the amenities everything was perfect. The hosts provided us with recommendations to a gelateria and a restaurant, and these places absolutely made our trip. Anika was very quick to respond, friendly and helpful. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. 100% recommend and 100% will be back! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The place is lovely, spacious and clean. We had a great stay here. It is a bit far out of como but it is easy to take the bus into town.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, felt like home and gave you a slice of Como that was your own. The hostess was accommodating and gave great suggestions. I'd recommend their apartment if you are going to Como.

Right in the heart of Como City. When I couldn’t figure out how to open the door Marcelo came within 10 minutes and made sure I knew how to open it right. Felt very safe, exactly like the pictures. If I ever come to Como again I would definitely stay with Marcello the place is just so cute and cozy I felt right at home.

It was a wonderful apartment with astonishing views from all rooms and even the bathroom.  Designed with care and good taste. With attention to the details. Perfectly clean and a lot of sunlight.  Welcome drinks, snacks, and even local cake were a pleasant surprise. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

This place was perfect for our friend group’s trip! The location was perfect with gorgeous views and the hosts were extremely hospitable even giving us homemade baked goods as a parting gift.

Your place is perfect! When looking out the windows we felt like it was an infinity view, gorgeous. The apartment is better than the pictures and all the nice touches - water, champagne, slippers, snacks were unexpected and so nice! We also loved the speaker and having blackout curtains. I’d highly recommend this apartment for any friends and hope to come back!

Awesome spot! Stayed here for one night for our honeymoon trip. Great view, easy access to great restaurants, beautiful area to walk around, and super friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Quiet, piecful location, beautiful view, all rooms are clean and tidy, easy communication with the owners, welcoming place, even a choclate treat waited for us :) perfect window covers so it was totally dark when we wanted to sleep weel. highly recommend!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! The apartment was clean and comfortable. I had arrived later than expected and needed to rush to a wedding and Gloria was accommodating, considerate and prompt with check-in which allowed me to be on time for the wedding events.

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Alessia was incredibly kind, responsive, and so helpful in planning our visit. She offered great recommendations and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views, thoughtful touches, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how she even came to meet us at the ferry and helped with our luggage, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. We felt so well taken care of and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting!

Well located, train station, supermarket and restaurant are not far away and you can also walk to the lake quickly. The apartment is nice and spacious for 2 people with a nice balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a lovely time. Leonardo was easy to reach and the self-check-in worked smoothly.
