“We had an incredible stay at Dominik and Mariles’ home in Lake Como. From the moment we arrived, they were warm and welcoming, even helping us with our luggage and making sure we were settled in comfortably. The house itself is beautiful, well-kept, and perfectly situated to enjoy the stunning views of the lake. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciated the personal touches they added to our stay. Highly recommend this lovely place for anyone looking to experience Lake Como!”

Anita’s place is comfortable and conveniently located next to a beautiful Italian square and a charming restaurant called Bar Vitali, which is open for all meals. Anita is extremely friendly and provided us with additional amenities when needed. I highly recommend staying at Anita’s place.

We had a great time at Carla's place, we recommend it if you like calm and freshness. Bellagio, the pearl of the lake but also its rush are only a 15-minute drive away and come back in the evening to rest in Chevrio is a divine pleasure. Carla's place matched our expectations and the value for money is most accurate.

Carna is the best host we met. She gave us clear instructions, recommended restaurants and places to visit, and arranged reservations for restaurants for us. She set up and home run food for us. On top of that, the place to stay was top notch in all parts and the breakfast was incredible! We will definitely come back again!

On the way to Tuscany we spent a night at Fabio's. Everything is as described! Cozy and clean room, sweet touches to the dining room, delicious dinner and small varied breakfast! It was good to sit on the terrace in the evening, throw the dogs the ball and listen to the sound of the river. We will be happy to come back!

Nest on the Lake

The Nest on the Lake was the loveliest little lakeside inn! The owners are extremely kind and the access to the little beach was wonderful to have. Ferry boats and bus stops within 12 min walk of the inn, which was great. Two markets close by, a few fantastic restaurants within in walking distance, and the most gorgeous views of Lake Como! We would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Lake Como for the first or 100th time!

This hostel is perfect to spend a few good days in domaso, the room is comfortable with a good view, and the facilities throughout the hostel are spectacular, the restaurant has very good breakfasts and lunches and the atmosphere at night is cool. totally recommended. Annalisa has a really beautiful and romantic place inside a small village approximately 15 minutes walk from the lake shore. Her recommendations and her breakfast were phenomenal, especially her pancakes! The place was easy to find and in nice walkable distance to restaurants, bars and the beach, although a bit uphill.

This Airbnb is a gem!! Super clean, wonderful large rooms & en-suites and the view across the lake from our room was stunning. The balcony and garden are also amazing. 10/15 minute walk into town, yes it’s uphill on the way back but we didn’t mind this as we enjoy walking (especially after a big dinner!!). The wall is also really pretty and all pedestrianised. Gaia was super kind and helpful, providing us with recommendations for things to do and even provided us with a packed breakfast to take as we had a very early flight on our check out day. Would recommend this AirBnb to anyone visiting Bellagio. Thank you so much.

It was one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in! The hosts were very nice and Alex gave me good recommendations for navigating around the lake when I was confused! The hostel events are so fun and it gets you to know the people you’re with! If you’re older I’d recommend paying extra for a bottom bunk in case you’re accidentally placed on one of the top of the 3 bunks they have! Other than that, I loved it and felt safe as a female solo traveler!

I guess the other reviews speak for the quality of Carna’s place and welcoming, there’s not much else we can add! We had a wonderful stay at Carna’s! We especially enjoyed the breakfast, the food was delicious and the view magical. Carna’s gave us great recommendations, and is very friendly and helpful. It was great to meet other guests at breakfast too, sharing tips and experiences to travel in Como and around Italy.

What a fantastic way to start our travels in Italy. We can highly recommend this Airbnb. If I could have given 6 stars I would have! The property is a beautiful setting on Lake Como...directly across from George Clooney's Villa! (Little bummed George didn't call us for dinner :)) The property has a very nice restaurant onsite...perfect for a nice breakfast or delicious dinner. Everyone we interacted with was so nice and accommodating. We really couldn't have asked for a better stay.

My stay at Carna’s place was incredible! The views of the lake, the amenities included were all a great part of my stay. However what stood out to me most was Carna’s proactiveness, any question I had she was quick to respond and help! Carna also sets up a breakfast buffet in the communal kitchen in the mornings which is an added pleasure to the stay! I would definitely recommend staying at Carna’s place! 😃
