Vacation rentals with a pool in Province of Como

I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. All as described. Great house with great garden. It was a perfect fit for us with two families, the kids loved the garden and pool. Beautiful beach within walking distance, baker right next door. The adjacent main road is noisy, but that was already apparent from previous reviews.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

It‘s a very nice and modern house and the garden wie Pool is absolutely beautyful. We were there with 4 adults and 2 dogs and had more than enough space. Paolo is extremely kind and helpful😃

An all-round recommended accommodation: Top location: breathtaking view of the lake • quiet but still only 5 minutes to the ferry port and to a small supermarket • 10 minutes' walk to the center of Menaggio • many good restaurants in Menaggio, one of them only 3 minutes' walk from the property • several hiking routes directly accessible from the apartment • Menaggio is also very suitable as a starting point for excursions by boat or car Top amenities: There was nothing missing. Everything clean and we felt very comfortable. Part of a residential complex of about 20 residential units, partly private apartments of Italians, partly commercial apartments. The pool was still closed in April, it seemed as if the area was being renovated, so it is certainly a good added value in the summer. Top hosts: Stefania was always easily accessible and very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to arrive without any hassle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that Andrea’s truly cares about the comfort of their guests, and we deeply appreciate it. If you are looking for a cozy and worry-free stay, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great stay at the property. Everything was just like on the photos. The view from apartment no. 3 is outstanding and worth every penny. The pool is another highlight and an absolute rarity on Lake Como. Everything was super clean, and the communication as well as the arrival and departure were hassle-free. Ilaria was always available and responded quickly to questions. The location is great for excursions in the area and offers everything you need (restaurant, bus stop and grocery store directly opposite). We will definitely recommend.

The apartment is absolutely stunning with an incredible view over the lake. The access however is pretty challenging as you need 12 minutes from the center of Varenna by car. (you can't access there without a car) - but it's definitely worth it!! The place is very clean and really really beautiful. You can't get enough of this view, I tell you! One little piece of improvement would be to have an actual double bed in the bedroom rather than 2 single beds put together. Otherwise everything is perfect! we will come back for sure

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!

We really loved our stay at this beautiful home. We felt like we were in a fairytale. Natalia were very sweet and helpful and we felt very lucky to have found this wonderful place for our vacation. We will recommend this place and it was perfect for family vacation -we were 5 adults and 6 children.

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

Great place for good value. Amazing for families. There is a pizzeria, a beach and great hikes in walking distance. We’ll come again.

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Peaceful place in the heart of the mountain with an exceptional view! accommodation according to the photos see better, clean and very well-equipped. Very welcoming host. I recommend 100% to people who are looking for calm and serenity.
