Fantastic experience! The apartment is spacious, bright and super clean, every room is decorated with great taste. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are super comfy, everything is even better than the pictures! The location is very convenient, just 5 mins walk from the train station and from the pier. Plus, Chiara is a splendid host! She responds to every question in 10 minutes and even helped us find a solution really fast in the middle of a crisis when we missed the last ferry and couldn’t get a taxi back due to heavy rain. We are so grateful to her for her resourcefulness, which helped us avoid extra cost and an unexpected night at Bellagio. In a word, a perfect place to stay for anyone who wishes to discover como lake. Highly recommended!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short, scenic walk into the heart of Varenna, which made it so easy to explore the town, enjoy the lake views, and try out the amazing local restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Christian was also incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Como!

Silvia’s place was incredible! The location could not be more perfect. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops all within a short walk. The apartment itself is very nice and clean. It had everything we needed and more. We would love to go back someday.

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the accommodation furnished with great taste and very clean, its location in the heart of the old town and which allowed you to walk to the lake, the train stations connecting to Milan. I recommend this place without hesitating

The location was magnificent and fully equipped. Peter gave local recommendations, for example, about restaurants. The property is a short drive from the center of Como. Our party liked the accommodation.

We absolutely loved this place. What more can I say that hasn’t been said? The view is outstanding. You’re very high up the mountain. One morning we there was low lying clouds above the lake … and we were looking down on it from above the clouds. Clean and contemporary design, with a comfortable bed. You’ll need a car! The garage is very tight, so rent a smaller car. And getting there from Varenna involves a drive up a narrow winding road. It was fun drive … for me, at least.

We loved our stay at Rosa's place! The place was beautiful, bed comfortable, it had all the amenities we needed (particularly the coffee machine), with beautiful utensils for eating and cooking that allowed us to have nice dinners at home too! Rosa was very responsive and helpful and we loved our time here, would highly recommend!

Beautiful stay with a warm welcome. The studio was perfect: quiet, well furnished, with splendid views. Irene was very welcoming, she showed us around and recommended excellent restaurants and addresses nearby. Loved our stay!

We only stayed for one night, but the location is breathtaking! The home itself has everything you need, and it's pretty cozy. Davide and Kerry were responsive and assistive whenever needed. We hoped to stay more to fully enjoy Como and this beautiful place. Probably for another time!

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our time. The view was brilliant — truly one of the most beautiful we’ve seen. Andrea was a fantastic host — welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. He even surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. The hot tub experience was extraordinary and added so much to the stay. We also checked out a little late, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate us without any hassle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone — it’s a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty around. Thank you, Andrea!

We had such a great time visiting here. It was a bit of a walk to the house but very doable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Riccardo was extremely responsive during our visit too. Menaggio was the perfect area to stay at Lake Como. All of the charm and half of the crowds. We Hope to come back again someday.

We loved this place! Eros and Daniel were responsive hosts and so friendly! They had a book listing all of the things to do in the area including restaurants we might like to try. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable! The private garden overlooking the lake is so beautiful! We spent afternoons and evenings in the garden. The bus stop is super close to this place, so we could hop on and ride easily to nearby towns. We will definitely be back! If you don’t book this place you will be missing out!!

Paola met us for check in and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the trip even after checkout when our plane ride to Milan cancelled last minute she helped us find new transportation. The space is beautiful and close to everything!

Very clean and tidy. Easy to find, great parking spot right in front of the house. Perfect communication with the hosts. And a lovely scent from the jasmin right in front of the door (in May). Highly recommended!

I honestly don’t think I could recommend this place more if I could. From the amazing communication with Emi, the extremely clean and well looked after property to the VIEWS… it was just perfect! I cannot express how incredible the views are from this property, we kept saying it just doesn’t look real, this is certainly the place to go! Emi was also so helpful and lovely, she was able to get all our reservations even though I left it so last minute, she was also at hand when we needed help or guidance, she just made the whole experience so smooth it really made our experience that much better. I thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime!

Benedetta was a wonderful host, and very helpful providing clear instructions and helpful suggestions. We loved the location of her beautiful and well-equipped apartment, close to restaurants and the waterfront walkway as well as on the edge of the famous Villa Balbianello! There was a lovely serenity in the space after the bustle of busier towns around Como, and we appreciated the opportunity to let in the fresh air and relax in the lovely space!

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! We loved Emanuela's place. It was in a walkable part of Tremezzo and the ferry was just down the street. There were great restaurants just in the nearby buildings. We ate all 3 nughts there. The kitchen in the apartment was also well stocked for us to make our breakfast. Emanuela has all the local information in the apartment and was such a gracious host. She even had a map to the nearby free parking nearby! Would definately stay again!

Fantastic location, minutes away from the lake/amazing food spots/everything you could need. Great communication from Host, super easy to find/check in, including so many recommendations for enjoying our stay. The apartment itself is very cute, highly recommend... would stay again in a heart beat :)

If I could give it 10 stars I would!! The view is stunning, the flat is right on the lake and has everything you need. Betty goes up and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable!! She has thought of everything! The place was stocked with water, coffee, snacks and breakfast items and made it so easy on us. There are many small touches like shelf’s in the bedrooms, QR codes to access things and so many more that make everything easy. The parking space worked great and she met us there and even insisted on helping with luggage. I cannot say enough about the kindness of Betty and Markus!! She gave great recommendations. There is a beach here and they provided wet shoes and beach towels for swimming. And a covered area with nice chairs to lounge by the beach! The patio was awesome, overlooking the lake and where we loved to have our morning coffee! Only regret is that I wish we could stay a week. Highly recommend! Would love to come back! Thank you Betty and Markus for a perfect 3 days!
