Parking is not easy but not complicated. You’ll always find, handle your car. Hiking ways just behind the flat. Beach accessible easily walking 4 min. For a couple, very decent place, would definitively recommend and come back if we could. You have all the necessary inside. Coffee maker WITH coffee ! Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Very beautiful apartment in a great location. When we checked in, we were met with a very nice host (we didn’t get his name) who showed us around the apartment and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We definietely recommend.

If I could give the home (and Silvia) more than five stars I would. As beautiful as the view is in the pictures it doesn’t compare to being there in person. It is spectacularly beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Silvia was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to visiting again in the future!

We’ve had a very nice stay at Marinella’s apartment. She’s quick to respond, is very friendly, and was kind enough to welcome us in person. The apartment is squeaky clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. It was perfect for two people. The location is also great, the flat is in a 3-minute-walk to a bus stop, the central area is easy to reach. Thank you, Marinella, for welcoming us, I can’t recommend your place enough!

the place is perfect! we spent 6 nights here and loved the location right in the middle of the city, with restaurants and gelato all within steps of our door. quick walk to ferry and easy to navigate to neighboring towns within bellagio. the apartment is bright and cozy and we loved the hustle and bustle of the town so we left the windows open but if you close them it blocks out all noise! elisabetta was wonderful even months before our arrival, and gave us wonderful recommendations (we used them all)! elisabetta goes way above and beyond, she's so warm and kind. She has lived in Bellagio her whole life and is truly the expert on the city! we absolutely fell in love with bellagio and can't wait to come back and stay here next time! :)

What a wonderful stat at Villa Monti! Our private patio had the most beautiful view of the lake, the location was perfect, and the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would recommend anyone stay here if making a stop in Lake Como!

We had a really great time. Gianna's kindness and availability made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and the panoramic view from the terrace was simply breathtaking.

The place was really nice, there were some minor details but we sorted that out, the hosts were responsive so it wasn’t a problem!

We really enjoyed our stay with Simone. Communication and Check in was really good and clear. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. The bed is heaven. The apartment is in a quiet but charming residential area and you reach the city center in 10 minutes by foot.

Our stay at Mattia’s place was unforgettable. The view from the balcony is amazing and was the highlight of our trip. The apartment is extremely clean and had everything we needed. Mattia was a great host and went above and beyond to answer any questions or help us if we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee just watching the lake, and there was a fire to make the place cosy when it got chilly. We were able to enjoy a dip in the lake with the private stairs. The apartment is a short walk from a bus stop which will take you to the main places you need to get to. There is a nice shop not much farther, and also a nice restaurant for dinner if you don’t want to go too far in the evening. We will definitely be returning to mattias apartment. So far, it has been our favourite place to travel to and we can’t wait to come back to lake como.

Maria is very responsive and proactive to make sure everything goes smoothly, from check-in to checkout! Everything is available to answer any questions we have, everything is thought out in advance. It's very convenient! The accommodation is very nice and bright. The garden is quiet and relaxing and the terrace in summer, must be particularly pleasant. Everything was as described, everything was very clean, the kitchen is very functional and well-equipped. In short, we had a lovely stay, quiet in a beautiful and very welcoming place. The bedrooms and bedding are great. In addition, not necessarily need the car many things can be done on foot from the accommodation. (Ferry, hikes, restaurants, shopping...). In short, everything was fine, we highly recommend Maria's place for a quiet stay in Lake Como.

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

Very good communication, flexible. Nice family of landlords :-) The place was everything as described, comfortable beds, we slept very well, quiet neighborhood. It is easy to get from this place to Milan,Monza, over Como and many other places of interest. You can park two cars by the building. We recommend staying with Benedetta, Lucci and Stella.

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

The apartment is simply fantastic, especially the view of the lake. The kitchen as well as the bathroom is fully equipped, you feel like home. The hot tub and sauna are super easy to use – there were clear instructions on notes on site so you didn't have to ask questions or contact anyone. Everything was self-explanatory and uncomplicated, totally pleasant, especially if you just want to have your peace and quiet. It was the same when you checked in. This was also done on instructions and you could practically check yourself in. The organization is great! Thank you for this lovely holiday! We will be happy to come back. From us there are 5/5 stars!!!

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Thank you ❤️

We had a lovely stay! The view is much better in real life! It takes approximately an hour to walk into the nearest large(r) town. The walk back however is very very steep. I would recommend using a taxi service for this. Lovely property, clean with a good kitchen!

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view of the lake. Efficient and clear communication. Perfect parking. No problem parking our large SUV with roof box.

Lisa's place is located in the heart of Como, making it the perfect place for a stay, to get around the city, or to just unwind at the end of the day. Having the TV and fiber internet was a great advantage for those planning to do some work while on vacation, and was a great place for our family. Among the many beautiful places in Como, there are many nice playgrounds for small children, excellent shopping and dining options nearby, which make it very convenient for guests to stay there. I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely use it on my next visit to Como.
