Parking is not easy but not complicated. You’ll always find, handle your car. Hiking ways just behind the flat. Beach accessible easily walking 4 min. For a couple, very decent place, would definitively recommend and come back if we could. You have all the necessary inside. Coffee maker WITH coffee ! Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Very beautiful apartment in a great location. When we checked in, we were met with a very nice host (we didn’t get his name) who showed us around the apartment and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We definietely recommend.

If I could give the home (and Silvia) more than five stars I would. As beautiful as the view is in the pictures it doesn’t compare to being there in person. It is spectacularly beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Silvia was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to visiting again in the future!

We’ve had a very nice stay at Marinella’s apartment. She’s quick to respond, is very friendly, and was kind enough to welcome us in person. The apartment is squeaky clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. It was perfect for two people. The location is also great, the flat is in a 3-minute-walk to a bus stop, the central area is easy to reach. Thank you, Marinella, for welcoming us, I can’t recommend your place enough!

the place is perfect! we spent 6 nights here and loved the location right in the middle of the city, with restaurants and gelato all within steps of our door. quick walk to ferry and easy to navigate to neighboring towns within bellagio. the apartment is bright and cozy and we loved the hustle and bustle of the town so we left the windows open but if you close them it blocks out all noise! elisabetta was wonderful even months before our arrival, and gave us wonderful recommendations (we used them all)! elisabetta goes way above and beyond, she's so warm and kind. She has lived in Bellagio her whole life and is truly the expert on the city! we absolutely fell in love with bellagio and can't wait to come back and stay here next time! :)

What a wonderful stat at Villa Monti! Our private patio had the most beautiful view of the lake, the location was perfect, and the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would recommend anyone stay here if making a stop in Lake Como!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero ottimo. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gianna hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. L'appartamento era ben fornito di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e la vista panoramica dal terrazzo era semplicemente mozzafiato.

A acomodação estava limpa e organizada, era exatamente como nas fotos, os arredores eram atrativos e Lorenzo sempre respondia com rapidez. Recomendo!

Le logement est situé dans les hauteurs de Côme à 5-10 minutes à pied du lac. Le logement est spacieux pour 2 personnes. Très bon échanges avec Simone et Elisa. 1 place (garage) est disponible avec le logement, attention peu adapté pour un gros véhicule (j'ai une 308sw qui passe au millimètre). Pas certain que cela soit adapté au gabarit d'un suv. Je recommande sans soucis.

We had a lovely time during our stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and gave us recommendations on places to eat and activities to do. We were given clear instructions on how to check in and out and would definitely come again.

Our stay at Mattia’s place was unforgettable. The view from the balcony is amazing and was the highlight of our trip. The apartment is extremely clean and had everything we needed. Mattia was a great host and went above and beyond to answer any questions or help us if we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee just watching the lake, and there was a fire to make the place cosy when it got chilly. We were able to enjoy a dip in the lake with the private stairs. The apartment is a short walk from a bus stop which will take you to the main places you need to get to. There is a nice shop not much farther, and also a nice restaurant for dinner if you don’t want to go too far in the evening. We will definitely be returning to mattias apartment. So far, it has been our favourite place to travel to and we can’t wait to come back to lake como.

Maria est très réactive et proactive pour faire en sorte que tout se déroule au mieux, de l’arrivée au départ ! Tout est mis à disposition pour répondre à la moindre de nos questions, tout est pensé en amont. C’est très pratique ! Le logement est très agréable et très lumineux. Le jardin est calme et reposant et la terrasse en été, doit être particulièrement agréable. Tout était conforme à la description, tout était très propre, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. En bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, au calme dans un bel endroit très accueillant. Les chambres et la literie sont très bien. En plus, pas forcément besoin de la voiture beaucoup de choses sont faisables à pieds en partant du logement. (Ferry, randos, resto, courses…). En résumé tout était très bien, nous recommandons vivement le logement de Maria pour un séjour au calme au Lac de Côme.

Plage à 5  minutes. Logement idéal pour découvrir les villes environnantes.

Grand logement très fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité immédiate, lacs accessibles en 10 min en voiture. Décoration qui donne une âme à la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marco.

Bardzo dobra komunikacja, elastyczność. Miła rodzinka wynajmujących :-) W lokalu było wszystko zgodnie z opisem, wygodne łóżka, bardzo dobrze się nam spało, cicha okolica. Łatwo dostać się z tego miejsca to Mediolanu,Monzy, nad Como i w wiele innych ciekawych miejsc. Można zaparkować dwoma autami przy budynku. Polecamy pobyt u Benedetty, Lucci i Stelli.

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool war richtig toll, sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen, nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants entfernt.

Das Appartement ist einfach fantastisch, vor allem der Blick auf den See. Die Küche sowie das Badezimmer ist voll ausgestattet, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna ist super einfach zu nutzen – es gab klare Anweisungen auf Zetteln vor Ort, sodass man sich nicht erst durchfragen oder jemanden kontaktieren musste. Alles war selbsterklärend und unkompliziert, total angenehm, vor allem wenn man einfach seine Ruhe haben will. Genauso war es beim Check-in. Dieser erfolgte ebenfalls auf Anweisungen und man konnte sich quasi selbst einchecken. Die Organisation ist demnach super! Dankeschön für diesen schönen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Von uns gibt es 5/5 Sterne!!!

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Thank you ❤️

We loved staying at Silvia and Dante’s place upon recommendation from a friend. They were easy to communicate with and provided us a document with recommendations and helpful tips before arrival. When I asked for additional recs, Silvia responded right away. Would definitely stay here again and loved Como town.

Tolle Unterkunft, die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Der Blick auf den See war einfach atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation war auch super klasse - wir hatten unser Auto kurzfristig eingesperrt und uns wurde schnell und einfach geholfen 👍🏼 Klare Weiterempfehlung

Nous avons adoré l’appartement! La vue est magnifique et le logement fidèle aux photos. Emanuele et Sarah sont très réactifs aux messages et nous ont très rapidement apporté la pièce manquante du lit bébé. Très bon séjour!

Lisa's place is located in the heart of Como, making it the perfect place for a stay, to get around the city, or to just unwind at the end of the day. Having the TV and fiber internet was a great advantage for those planning to do some work while on vacation, and was a great place for our family. Among the many beautiful places in Como, there are many nice playgrounds for small children, excellent shopping and dining options nearby, which make it very convenient for guests to stay there. I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely use it on my next visit to Como.
