Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Como

Loredana’s place is absolutely lovely, a little gem tucked away in Nesso. It was clean and tidy upon arrival and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Loredana left plenty of helpful guides and instructions which were great to read! The Wifi was better than we’d expected based on previous reviews, we were able to send photos home to family which was nice. It’s not far from a bus stop for direct busses to Bellagio/Como, and there’s a lovely little shop around the corner which has all the essentials you could need. I’d highly recommend and we would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Carmen's house. The location in Spurano/Ossuccio was perfect because it was quiet yet within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The Greenway provides good walks around the area, including accees to the chapels of the Sacri Monte. The sports bar in Ossuccio was great value for money and we also ate at the lido in Sala Comacina. From there you can also get the boat to the Isola (very peaceful - we had the whole island to ourselves) and you can find Amalia Ostinelli's grocery store for all your essentials. The kitchen diner is superbly equipped and stays cool even on the hotest days. The bed is really comfortable and the whole house is beautifully presented... old and quirky but with all the modern comforts you would expect. On top of that you're literally a few steps from Lake Como. We loved the spa, especially the jacuzzi. All in all we loved it. We were sad to leave and could have happily stayed another week. We hope to return one day.

We only stayed for one night, but the location is breathtaking! The home itself has everything you need, and it's pretty cozy. Davide and Kerry were responsive and assistive whenever needed. We hoped to stay more to fully enjoy Como and this beautiful place. Probably for another time!

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our time. The view was brilliant — truly one of the most beautiful we’ve seen. Andrea was a fantastic host — welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. He even surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. The hot tub experience was extraordinary and added so much to the stay. We also checked out a little late, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate us without any hassle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone — it’s a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty around. Thank you, Andrea!

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. Communication with Gloria via Airbnb was perfect. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Eros and Daniel were the most incredible hosts. The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt like a true escape. Fresh towels and sheets, no bugs, and the private garden with lake views was absolutely stunning. We were walking distance to amazing restaurants, a market, a local bar, and a gelateria with some of the best gelato we’ve ever had. It was also an easy cab ride to Bellagio to catch the ferry to Tremezzo. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond for us. At one point we couldn’t figure out how to turn the stove off and they arrived within minutes to help. Their kindness and care made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We wish we could have stayed longer. This was a perfect experience in every way. 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay! Giulio was incredibly responsive, friendly, and kind. He truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and timely throughout, which made everything so easy. The space was exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. It felt just like home. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Giulio’s place to anyone visiting 😀

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy and beautifully decorated – we felt at home right away. Anika was always available and super helpful whenever we had questions. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We (8 girls) felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Everything was clean and as described on the pictures. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Walking, you can reach the promenade and the old town in 10 minutes. Parking garage is also just 5 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay :-).

Great accommodation with a beautiful garden! Very clean and plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen. Adriano was very helpful and accommodating and we felt very comfortable immediately. Our daughter (1.5 years old) loved the accommodation and the bedroom could be darkened very well, so that the little one could fall asleep well. Very quiet location with supermarket nearby. The city center is within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes), or by car within 5 minutes. Top recommendation for families with small children. If we're back at Lake Como, we'll be back for sure!

Nadia's place was beautiful - just as pictured! She was very flexible with our check in time and even volunteered to order and pick up pizza for us after a late arrival! She definitely went above and beyond. She was able to recommend local restaurants and services as well, which was greatly appreciated. In addition, the view is just spectacular! Definitely recommend! We are only sorry we coudn't stay longer.

Great location, very spacious for two. Three flights of stairs to get up to top floor of apartment - be aware if you rely on elevators with heavy suitcases

It was a wonderful apartment with astonishing views from all rooms and even the bathroom.  Designed with care and good taste. With attention to the details. Perfectly clean and a lot of sunlight.  Welcome drinks, snacks, and even local cake were a pleasant surprise. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

Awesome spot! Stayed here for one night for our honeymoon trip. Great view, easy access to great restaurants, beautiful area to walk around, and super friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Everything was very good. Checking in works like a charm. Communication was perfect. And the accommodation was clean and very nice.

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I had arrived later than expected and needed to rush to a wedding and Gloria was accommodating, considerate and prompt with check-in which allowed me to be on time for the wedding events.

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

Well located, train station, supermarket and restaurant are not far away and you can also walk to the lake quickly. The apartment is nice and spacious for 2 people with a nice balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a lovely time. Leonardo was easy to reach and the self-check-in worked smoothly.
