The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Most small places for two will be apartments - here you will be in the heart of a unique traditional village on the Lake, but living in your own private chalet with lovely outdoor space and uninterrupted views. The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.
