Vacation rentals with a sauna in Province of Ascoli Piceno

The apartment is spread over three floors, the bedroom with double bed is at the top, where you can most easily enter the apartment. A narrow spiral staircase down is the clean and spacious bathroom as well as another bedroom with two single bunk beds. On the lowest floor (also accessible via the narrow spiral staircase) is the dining room with table, four (-6) chairs as well as couch and TV and a well-equipped kitchen. From there, you can open a door to the sidewalk below the row of houses at the back of the apartment. On the sidewalk, there are two chairs to sit in the sun and enjoy the beautiful view.

Truly a beautiful little place. The pictures actually don't quite do it justice. Tamara's hay barn has been beautifully renovated with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from both the downstairs kitchen/dinning/bedroom space and the upstairs living room. We loved our peaceful nights three nights in Amandola and enjoyed the sauna. If its still on the coffee table, read Tamara's book and do one of her walks.

Very nice immersive experience for nature lovers. You are inside a grove, with the sounds of the birds, the water that flows in a stream. It feels like you really live in the trees, not to mention the entire relaxation area (sauna, bathtub)... Experience that I would gladly repeat

The apartment is a real gem, with attention to detail and finely furnished, while remaining very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. The location is great (in the heart of downtown, a few minutes from the beach). From the moment of booking, Alessandra was very kind and absolutely helpful, she gave us several basic tips and information about the surrounding parking lots, which allowed us to move around with ease. The response times were very quick. We will definitely be back, thank you very much!

We travelled with 2 kids in July 2024. Really nice and quiet agriturismo close to Ascoli Piceno (20 mins away). We enjoyed the countryside and its quaint little towns, the swimming pool and some great local trattorie and osterie. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the apartment is very clean and if you use the shutters and the fans, it’s cool enough to sleep, even without airconditioning.

The apartment matches the description, clean and with ample outdoor spaces at your disposal, in a quiet place but only 5 minutes from the sea. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, but Ettore was very kind to get us a second fan. Ettore was very helpful, both for check-in (he also offered us vegetable fruits and water), and for various info. Definitely worth coming back.
