Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Ascoli Piceno

Perfect location and apartment, the fifth floor is very ventilated. The large balcony allows you to enjoy a glimpse of the sea. Next to the house, everything is close to both the sea and the center. The equipped kitchen and washing machine were essential for us who, having a young child, were able to use it at home! Manuela was an impeccable host even remotely! If you want to rest Grottammare, it's the right place! We'll be back!

The apartment is wonderful! Everything inside is new. There is practically everything you need for a long stay. Its internet is great, it has a TV, a washing machine, and everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Our hosts Simona and Enrico, Marisa's children, were just perfect. Very caring and attentive. A bottle of wine and pizza were waiting for us in the apartment because we arrived very late. They practically acted as a local travel agency, giving us tips on places of interest around. Thanks to them, we saw several surrounding towns and even tried local specialties. Thank you very much! The apartment is close to the sea. We were only separated from the beach by a railway line and a hotel. It is this railway line that is well worth keeping in mind. It goes through practically the entire Adriatic coast, through many quaint towns, and the trains can be quite noisy. However, we tried to ignore them! There were many other things to make up for!

Comfortable and clean apartment, friendly host and always available. Equipped with all the comforts, functional and ventilated enough. Excellent hospitality with basic food (and even more) and maximum courtesy. Quiet area, served and not far from the sea (10 min walk). Clean, fragrant, and plentiful sheets and towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. Also by car there is always free parking both near the apartment and close to the beaches even in August. Chicca: The library of the living room is equipped with art, illustration, music and comics. 14 days spent feeling at home, on the sea. It's worth every penny.

We had a fantastic time at this apartment! Together with our 2-year-old son, we enjoyed it tremendously. The apartment is spacious, modern and stylishly decorated, with two comfortable bedrooms and air conditioning everywhere – which was definitely a plus. Everything was taken care of to the last detail and we immediately felt at home. Thanks for the lovely stay, we'd love to come back!

We were there for 3 weeks in September. The city center, the chalets on the beach and supermarkets are within walking distance. The apartment is nicely large and very well maintained, modern and clean. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay in San Benedetto del Tronto. The location of this apartment is fantastic and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in under a minute. Our boys really loved having the outside space and Marco was very friendly and helpful.

Two very small notes, missing an abat-jour on the bedside table and the bottle opener in the kitchen, otherwise everything is perfect.

Guicy is a new host she says, you could not tell! She welcomes you in a very pleasant way, knows the area well a gave us great suggestions for sightseeing, food. The appartement is beautiful, almost new. Up on a hill where, when you walk a little you get a beautiful seaview. We recommend it fullharted.

Alessandro welcomed us into his home cordially and amicably, briefly explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the rooms air-conditioned, in summer it is definitely a positive note, The large, well-kept and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners with friends, and for those who also have dogs, well I'll let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). The house was amazing. In the old town up the hill in Cupra Marittima with an stunning view from the roof terrace! If you dont have a car the walk up the hill can be quiet heavy but the house is really beautiful renovated in the old style so its worth the walk. The house is well equipped. There is a terrace downstairs for some chilling in the shades and on the roof terrace you can sit in the sun and enjoy the great view. The beaches around Cupra are perfect for family with children. We had a wonderful 7-night stay at La Casetta while taking in the World Roller Games competition hosted in Tortoreto Alto. La Casetta was perfectly situated in historical Tortoreto Alto and very comfortable for us. Comforable beds. Excellent restaurants nearby. Sandra was very responsive and helpful. She had great suggestions for us.

Our family vacation experience with three small children was pleasant and positive. The house and the large garden are cared for and comfortable to stay. The house is cozy and also equipped with games and beautiful children's books. We moved by car to go to the sea and visit the surroundings, but if you want, you can also get around by bike. Elisa is very friendly and helpful, ready to solve any inconvenience. The neighbors are also friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

We enjoyed this place very much. What's really outstanding is the amenities. Vacuum cleaner, dishes, pots, bed linens, towels, washing machine detergent, toilet paper rolls and garden furniture were provided. You really don't need to bring anything from home. The place is well maintained and the location is perfect. Right in the center and a 6-minute walk to the sea. Always happy to come back. Always available for questions from Judith. The apartment is small but perfect for 2-3 people. It has everything you need and the location is perfect for both reaching the shops in the center and a nice walk along the Grottammare waterfront. We hope to be back soon. Thanks to Ilaria for her availability!

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

A tidy cozy apartment is an immediate yard, convenient for parking. To reach the Jura in a few minutes after crossing the street through the tunnel. Sounds can be heard from the train and by car as is budding for those towns but hear the first days of getting used to it later. I loved getting back.

We had a lovely few days stay at Pino's apartment. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos and exactly as described- very walkable and close to many bars, restaurants and caffes. We would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in centro in San Benedetto.
