Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Ascoli Piceno

A very good place to relax,close to a beautiful beach and restaurant. Contact with the owner hassle-free. We felt at home. We were disturbed by the noise of passing trains, but you could get used to it. We recommend this property !

The apartment was very clean, tidy and as described, complete with everything you need. Very close to the beach and in a great position, access was easy and Chiara was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and clean apartment, friendly host and always available. Equipped with all the comforts, functional and ventilated enough. Excellent hospitality with basic food (and even more) and maximum courtesy. Quiet area, served and not far from the sea (10 min walk). Clean, fragrant, and plentiful sheets and towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. Also by car there is always free parking both near the apartment and close to the beaches even in August. Chicca: The library of the living room is equipped with art, illustration, music and comics. 14 days spent feeling at home, on the sea. It's worth every penny.

Tania is an exquisite person and her apartment is small, but very well organized and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. the location is on the border of the village, so it is closer to Grottamare beach than to S.Benedetto, but it is a beautiful beach and above all really reachable in 5 minutes on foot because the house is located near the railway underpass (which should not be underestimated, because the underpasses are located at a good distance from each other). Also a 5-minute walk away is a very well-stocked supermarket that also has a nice food counter if you don't want to cook. On the other hand, it is a little far from the center (about 1.8 km); the distance itself is not excessive, but the streets at night are not very busy and on the seafront you have to pass an industrial area: so we took the car. And here is the only bad note: it's not very easy to find parking under the house. But otherwise highly recommended!

Very quiet stay in a beautiful seaside village, the apartment was very clean and fully responsive to what was described above. Antonella was exquisite in both hospitality and availability during the stay, a truly wonderful person. We felt at home!

We stayed from 25/04 to 05/01 me and my partner with our two dogs. Perla d 'Amare has exactly everything you want during a vacation: excellent cleanliness of the apartment, more than strategic area with private parking in front of the house, instructions on location and activities, very clear rules written in books that the guest always makes it convenient to have at hand. Ilaria and Cinzia's kindness, attention and friendliness make everything really impeccable! We will definitely be back ♡

Two very small notes, missing an abat-jour on the bedside table and the bottle opener in the kitchen, otherwise everything is perfect.

Alessandro welcomed us into his home cordially and amicably, briefly explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the rooms air-conditioned, in summer it is definitely a positive note, The large, well-kept and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners with friends, and for those who also have dogs, well I'll let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). We had a wonderful stay at La Casetta. Surrounded by greenery, with stunning views of the Marche hills, the accommodation is the ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility and nature. The house is cozy, clean and well equipped, with an outdoor space perfect for relaxing, having breakfast in the morning or dining at sunset. The location is strategic, a few kilometers from both the sea and the mountains. Friendly and helpful hosts. We'd love to come back!

A beautiful cottage, perfectly located, lovingly decorated and sparkling clean! We felt very comfortable as a family and would be happy to come back!

The house was amazing. In the old town up the hill in Cupra Marittima with an stunning view from the roof terrace! If you dont have a car the walk up the hill can be quiet heavy but the house is really beautiful renovated in the old style so its worth the walk. The house is well equipped. There is a terrace downstairs for some chilling in the shades and on the roof terrace you can sit in the sun and enjoy the great view. The beaches around Cupra are perfect for family with children. We had a wonderful 7-night stay at La Casetta while taking in the World Roller Games competition hosted in Tortoreto Alto. La Casetta was perfectly situated in historical Tortoreto Alto and very comfortable for us. Comforable beds. Excellent restaurants nearby. Sandra was very responsive and helpful. She had great suggestions for us.

The house is in a great beachfront location. The two bicycles available, new and working, were very useful. Each room is equipped with TV and air conditioning. Filippo was available to get us a missing hair dryer in a timely manner. The apartment is new and clean and clean. Beautiful terrace, well-maintained and well furnished.

We felt right at home! Jeremy gave us a flexible check-in, as it took us a very long time on the outward journey due to extreme traffic jams. Jeremy took great care of us throughout our stay and kept asking if everything was okay, if we needed anything. There is ample parking in front of the house and shopping, restaurants, beach & promenade are within walking distance. A special highlight were the 2 loungers incl. umbrella on the beach. The apartment is very lovingly decorated and you will find everything you need. The beds and also the couch for watching TV are very comfortable, the cabinets offer enough space for everything. The terrace is a dream and goes around the whole apartment. You have a great view of the hills and the sea can also be seen from one corner. It's like a huge open-air living room. The apartment is small but perfect for 2-3 people. It has everything you need and the location is perfect for both reaching the shops in the center and a nice walk along the Grottammare waterfront. We hope to be back soon. Thanks to Ilaria for her availability!

Everthing was exactly if not better than expected. The host, Luca, was friendly and flexible as we arrived for check in. Casa di Cri provided everthing we needed for bathroom and kitchen. Example towels, kitchen utensiles, expresso pot and.coffee. It was more then enough for my sister and I they had large queen.size bed and bunkbeds and large pull out couch in open concept living room kitchen.

We have stayed here twice. This second visit met the high expectations we had. It is amazing to travel with confidence that you will be satisfied. Gaetano is a great host and is very responsive. Casa Cecilia is in a very good location with easy to find parking and with plenty to do in walking distance.

We stayed at Valentina's apartment for 4 nights; the space is very suitable for two people who want to unplug their heads and enjoy the sea in peace. The sea is very close (both free beach and bathing establishment) and within walking distance. Convenient location of the town of Ponte Nina, which is halfway between two countries provided with the necessary services. The host Valentina, super helpful and welcoming; during the stay unfortunately we experienced an emergency (not related to the accommodation) and Valentina immediately mobilized to resolve the issue. One of those places where we leave our hearts. We hope to be back!
