Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Ascoli Piceno

Posizione e appartamento perfetti, il quinto piano è molto ventilato. Il balcone ampio ti consente di viverti anche lo scorcio sul mare. Sotto casa si trova di tutto essendo vicini sia al mare che al centro. La cucina attrezzata e la lavatrice sono stati fondamentali per noi che avendo un bimbo piccolo abbiamo potuto sfruttare come a casa! Manuela è stata una host impeccabile anche da remoto! Se volete riposare Grottammare è il posto giusto! Ci torneremo!

Io e mia sorella abbiamo regalato ai miei genitori questo soggiorno per il loro anniversario e sono rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. La casa l’hanno trovata pulitissima ed ordinata, corrispondeva perfettamente alle foto e anche la posizione, praticamente sul mare. Peccato che sia già prenotata nel periodo estivo altrimenti ci sarebbero tornati volentieri, chissà per il prossimo anno. Consigliatissimo

The apartment is wonderful! Everything inside is new. There is practically everything you need for a long stay. Its internet is great, it has a TV, a washing machine, and everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Our hosts Simona and Enrico, Marisa's children, were just perfect. Very caring and attentive. A bottle of wine and pizza were waiting for us in the apartment because we arrived very late. They practically acted as a local travel agency, giving us tips on places of interest around. Thanks to them, we saw several surrounding towns and even tried local specialties. Thank you very much! The apartment is close to the sea. We were only separated from the beach by a railway line and a hotel. It is this railway line that is well worth keeping in mind. It goes through practically the entire Adriatic coast, through many quaint towns, and the trains can be quite noisy. However, we tried to ignore them! There were many other things to make up for!

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit appartement! Samen met ons zoontje van 2 jaar hebben we enorm genoten. Het appartement is ruim, modern en stijlvol ingericht, met twee comfortabele slaapkamers en overal airco – wat zeker een pluspunt was. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en we voelden ons meteen thuis. Bedankt voor het heerlijke verblijf, we komen graag nog eens terug!

Wir waren für 3 Wochen im September dort. Das Stadtzentrum, die Chalets am Strand und Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und sehr gepflegt, modern und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a fantastic stay in San Benedetto del Tronto. The location of this apartment is fantastic and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in under a minute. Our boys really loved having the outside space and Marco was very friendly and helpful.

Umberto is een geweldige verhuurder welke vloeiend Duits spreekt wat ik beter beheers dan Italiaans. We hadden last minute geboekt en hij reageerde heel snel! Het appartement is heel groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een terras rondom, prima bed en badkamer. De boulevard en strand is op 5 minuten lopen. Ik beveel deze woning van harte aan!

Guicy is a new host she says, you could not tell! She welcomes you in a very pleasant way, knows the area well a gave us great suggestions for sightseeing, food. The appartement is beautiful, almost new. Up on a hill where, when you walk a little you get a beautiful seaview. We recommend it fullharted.

Alessandro ci ha accolto in casa sua cordialmente e amichevolmente spiegandoci in breve i servizi e le indicazioni di casa, una persona disponibile, dando piena libertà nel rispetto delle regole. La casa in sé è bellissima, pulita e con tutti i locali climatizzati, in estate è sicuramente una nota positiva, L'ampio giardino curato e recintato con atmosfera serale per gustare cene in compagnia, e per chi avesse anche dei cagnolini, beh vi lascio immaginare la loro gioia (il mio era felicissimo!!). Ringrazio nuovamente Alessandro e tutta la sua famiglia!.

appartamento funzionale, abbastanza ammodernato internamente, non mancava nulla per una settimana di vacanza, non troppo lontano dal mare e silenzioso, host Roberto una persona sempre pronta per ogni consiglio.

Ein wunderhübsches Häuschen, perfekt gelegen, liebevoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber! Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

The house was amazing. In the old town up the hill in Cupra Marittima with an stunning view from the roof terrace! If you dont have a car the walk up the hill can be quiet heavy but the house is really beautiful renovated in the old style so its worth the walk. The house is well equipped. There is a terrace downstairs for some chilling in the shades and on the roof terrace you can sit in the sun and enjoy the great view. The beaches around Cupra are perfect for family with children. We had a wonderful 7-night stay at La Casetta while taking in the World Roller Games competition hosted in Tortoreto Alto. La Casetta was perfectly situated in historical Tortoreto Alto and very comfortable for us. Comforable beds. Excellent restaurants nearby. Sandra was very responsive and helpful. She had great suggestions for us.

Appartamento un pò particolare su vari piani ma molto funzionale per la nostra vacanza, posizione in centro al paese.

La nostra esperienza di vacanza di famiglia con tre bambini piccoli è stata piacevole e positiva. La casa e l'ampio giardino sono curati e comodi per soggiornare. La casa è accogliente e attrezzata anche con giochi e bei libri per bambini. Noi ci siamo spostati in macchina per andare al mare e visitare i dintorni ma volendo ci si può spostare anche in bicicletta. Elisa è molto cordiale e disponibile, pronta a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente. Anche i vicini sono amichevoli ed è stato un piacere scambiare due chiacchiere con loro.

Casa molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli! attraversi la strada e si è subito in spiaggia e nei dintorni ci sono tutti i servizi a portata di mano come supermercato, bar, pasticceria, farmacia ecc. il centro di San benedetto dista 15/20 min a piedi quindi ottima anche la posizione. Gabriele è molto educato e simpatico e pronto ad aiutarti in qualsiasi modo con risposte molto tempestive. Unica nota dolente ma riguarda solo il mio caso è che l'ascensore non arriva al piano e c'è da fare una rampa di scale e nel mio caso con un neonato e passeggino appresso a lungo andare è un pò scomodo. per il resto Gabriele e casa direi al top!

Uns hat diese Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Was wirklich überragend ist, ist die Ausstattung. Staubsauger, Geschirr, Töpfe, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier rollen und Garten Mobiliar waren vorhanden. Man braucht wirklich so gut wie gar nichts von zu Hause mitzunehmen. Die Unterkunft ist gut gepflegt die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Zentrum und 6 Minuten fußläufig zum Meer. Immer wieder gerne. L’appartamento è piccolino ma perfetto per 2/3 persone. Ha tutto quello che serve e la posizione è perfetta sia per raggiungere i negozi del centro che una bella passeggiata sul lungomare di Grottammare. Speriamo di tornarci presto. Grazie ad Ilaria per la sua disponibilità!

Ottima esperienza, Martina si è dimostrata un host gentilissima, sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. L'appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario, molto pulito e ben organizzato. Il mare, bellissimo, facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 6/7 minuti. Nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che serve, supermercati, tabacchi, farmacie e bar. Vicino anche il Borgo di Grottammare alta, con una vista sul mare pazzesca. Comodamente raggiungibile con monopattini, biciclette o passeggiando, lungo la lunghissima ciclopedonale, anche la bellissima San Benedetto del Tronto, con molti locali e ristoranti. È stato veramente un bel soggiorno, grazie ancora a Martina e alla gentile Ivana, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa!
