we stayed in this apartment from August 26 to 30, beautiful place, isolated, ideal for those who want to relax, Ms. Oriana is really very kind and very friendly. The house is very clean, not to mention the garden, which is spectacular. We were very happy and will definitely be back.

What can I say? Everything was perfect. From the welcome by the parents as well as the rest of the stay. We were immediately seduced and fell in love! The view of the surrounding mountains is amazing, the pool very useful and very pleasant. As for the hosts, very welcoming and available. Thank you!! If we could have extended our stay by a few days we would have done so because we were really sad to leave (big crush on Charly who was always there for us from start to finish, we will miss him). Thank you, thank you! We can't wait to come back

Myself and my family had a fantastic stay at this property. It is clean and spacious and in a fantastic location close to all the amenities in Sarnano. We loved the open fire on an evening. The garden and games room kept my children occupied for hours. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a relaxing time in a beautiful area.

Everything is perfect

We went to stay with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) with Paola and Luca and would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the fact that the location is beautiful, Paola and Luca are also two warm, pleasant, friendly, helpful people. They were always ready to answer our questions, tips for sightseeing, help where needed... In short, the hospitality we could only dream of in advance. In addition, they produce delicious wines and a tasting was organized for a very democratic price. We plan to return there in advance. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Perfect stay! The house is modern, clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Giuseppina was extremely helpful, welcoming us without problems despite our delay. Always ready to respond and give us useful advice; friendly, attentive and very kind. We are really satisfied and will be back. Very convenient parking under the house and the bar downstairs for breakfast. I recommend it to everyone!

Alessio's apartment is perfectly cut and offers plenty of space for a longer stay. It was our third holiday in Ascoli and it was the most beautiful apartment booked so far. Spending the evening with an aperitivo on the terrace is a treat! As soon as you leave the front door, you are right in the centro storico and really everything is in walking distance! I think we'll be back in a short time.

Very convenient apartment for visiting Sarnano, it matches the description. Very kind and communicative host. Impeccable cleanliness, tidy and complete space. The only issue was the internet connection, which was quite slow, averaging 13 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up. I'll stay here again next time I visit Sarnano.

The stay at Paradise Home was really pleasant: comfortable apartment, located very close to the historic center... the optimal solution for our needs. Tony was a super helpful host, very proactive even before our arrival, able to provide the right advice (parking, clubs, restaurants...). I highly recommend it!

Francesca was very kind and hospitable, the apartment is really nice, equipped with all comforts and literally a stone's throw from the sea. I was afraid to find parking, but no problem! The area is quiet, but you can easily reach both San Benedetto and the center of Grottammare.

Dear Mr. Stefano, very kind and available. We stayed one night and we found ourselves very well, clean house, comfortable in a great location. Too bad it's already occupied for New Year's Eve otherwise we would do the bis!!!

We stayed with Maria Rita for a week. She is a very likeable hostess. The apartment is very spacious. Practical detail: two toilets! The bathroom has a large window. The rooms are bright and have high ceilings. There are no curtains and mosquito nets in the apartment (except in the kitchen). Therefore, you always have to lower the shutters if you do not want to be seen from the outside. For us, it was not a problem, as the other apartments were not occupied and there were not many mosquitoes at the end of September. The modern (and quiet) washing machine is also practical. You quickly get used to the train that passes behind the house. The windows are well insulated. The garden is large and you can find nice seats. Cars and bicycles can be parked safely, as the whole property is surrounded by a high fence. All in all, a very nice stay. We will be happy to come back!

We felt right at home at Giardini degli Ulive. Anna was very welcoming and helpful with her suggestions. She is a responsive host that enters into relation with discreteness and it was a pleasure getting to know her and her family. The house is very sunny, bright, clean and its location ideal. Very nice and clean apartment. Good amenities. The apartment is quietly located and yet you can quickly reach the sea or the village. Communication with Lino and his mother Regina was always friendly and fast. Overall a good experience.

The apartment is located very close to the beach, 5 min walking. We found inside everything what we needed, we really had a nice summer holiday with a lot of things around. Great location and we hope to comeback.
