Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Ascoli Piceno

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. Guicy is a new host she says, you could not tell! She welcomes you in a very pleasant way, knows the area well a gave us great suggestions for sightseeing, food. The appartement is beautiful, almost new. Up on a hill where, when you walk a little you get a beautiful seaview. We recommend it fullharted.

A cute little cottage, very well equipped with a terrace with exceptional views. The pool is clean and accessible. Daniele and his wife are lovely and available people. We highly recommend and also recommend the restaurant (simple and delicious cuisine with great value for money).

We had a fantastic week at Vincenzina and Angelo's place. The apartment and pool were pristine and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They created a really open and lovely atmosphere amongst the guests, many of whom return again and again. The real highlight was the evening meal they prepared for the guests, with beautiful homemade food and wine. Their incredibly talented son Piero played for us and several musicians amongst the guests joined in, including our 11 yr old son! A very memorable evening! The area stood out for the old cities on the hilltops. Fermo was particularly beautiful as was Montalto. Grottemarre beach was great for the kids and the old town there was spectacular too. We also visited the natural thermal baths nearby too. Mama Rosa just a 5 min drive away was one of the best meals we had in Italy. One day we would hope to return. Thank you Vincenzina, Angelo and Piero for such a memorable stay.

The accommodations were clean and the host (Antonio and his wife) very hospitable. The property is very nice, the surroundings great to enjoy from the patio in the mornings with a coffee or going for a walk. There are lots of great things to see in the general area, and there is also a very good restaurant located on the property open for lunch and dinner.

Very nice stay at Lorena's. Beautiful house. We loved the weekend we spent there. Authentic house with lots of charm. Super-equipped house. Great!

The best stay of my month long vacation. Better than some of the 5 star hotels that I stayed at during this trip. Very well done.

We were in the Marken for the first time and were very pleasantly surprised. When we arrived (we were even allowed to arrive 1-2 hours earlier) Bianca welcomed us warmly. She showed us the house and explained everything. The house and the property are a very special place! Everything in the house was super clean! Everything is newly renovated, everything worked perfectly. You feel comfortable right from the start. From the garden you have a breathtaking view over the countryside of the Marken. Those who like it touristy are in the wrong place. Bianca had prepared cakes and cookies for us on arrival and we had friendly and helpful contact with her throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately, we needed medical care for our son during the stay. Bianca was also there to help. We had reserved loungers on a beach and visited an oil mill and a winery on her recommendation. Everything was wonderful and we thank you very much for this time

The house is pleasant. Good kitchen, where everything is available. Bathroom, living room everything works well. A great outdoor space. Plenty of privacy and quiet. The neighbors are Valentina's in-laws. Very nice and welcoming people. Wonderful pool with a view of the sea. Many nice places (e.g. San Benedetto and Ascoli Piceno) nearby that are worth a visit. By car to the beach is 5 minutes by car by car. You can go to the public beach, but there are also nice beach bars where you can rent a lounger etc. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely relaxing time there. Repeatable.

A beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. Riccardo had also arranged wine for when we entered the house which was a very kind gesture. We met Laura as well, a very kind and helpful person. All in all, the stay at Villa Vittoria was great - I would definitely recommend this place for families/groups of friends, and I hope to come back again!

This is a great place, beautiful view lovely pool (the photos don't do it justice) clean, spacious and perfect for our group of 13. of mixed ages. The restaurant just down the road was fantastic and provided a great option for food out without anyone needing to drive. Worth knowing the pool towels are actually down at the beach at the hotel linked to the property on the coast.. Bins were a bit complicated but we worked it out. It might have been easier for us just to ask marco to explain. Take mosquito spray. However our holiday was worth every bite !

This house was paradise. Beautiful location. Only negative is getting there.. it was a little difficult at first and with the steep hill going down to the house it wasn’t always easy to get down and up the hill. Everything else was beautiful. The house was clean and nice and there was everything we needed in there I would definitely come back here.

We stayed at Villa Silente for a week and had a really good time. The house is spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The pool is definitely the highlight: large, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day around. The exterior is also very nice, with plenty of space to eat outdoors or just enjoy some tranquility. The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery, but at the same time not too isolated – by car you can easily reach all the amenities. The owners were helpful and attentive, without being intrusive. A nice experience, which we would definitely recommend to those looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location.

We had a pleasant week guests of Simone and her parents. The welcome was perfect as well as the very well-maintained apartment. The location is great if you are looking for a quiet place 5 minutes drive to the sea. We recommend it.
