Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Ascoli Piceno

Wir sind das 3te Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort gewesen, und werden immer wieder hierher kommen da die Luft, die Atmosphäre und die Casali sehr liebevoll und stetig gepflegt werden. Olivenbäume, Weinreben rundherum mit 2 gepflegten Pools, wir sind gar nicht ans Meer gefahren so schön ist es dort einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und in der Tat ist es eine wunderbare Stille. Der Feldweg zu den Häusern ist im ersten 3tel (Gemeindestraße) eine kleine Herausforderung bei tiefergelegten Autos, wenn sie den Weg einmal gefahren sind haben sie schnell den Dreh raus welche die ideale Linie ist. We had a fantastic week at Vincenzina and Angelo's place. The apartment and pool were pristine and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They created a really open and lovely atmosphere amongst the guests, many of whom return again and again. The real highlight was the evening meal they prepared for the guests, with beautiful homemade food and wine. Their incredibly talented son Piero played for us and several musicians amongst the guests joined in, including our 11 yr old son! A very memorable evening! The area stood out for the old cities on the hilltops. Fermo was particularly beautiful as was Montalto. Grottemarre beach was great for the kids and the old town there was spectacular too. We also visited the natural thermal baths nearby too. Mama Rosa just a 5 min drive away was one of the best meals we had in Italy. One day we would hope to return. Thank you Vincenzina, Angelo and Piero for such a memorable stay.

We had a great stay in a very tranquil, beautiful and unspoilt region of Italy. The mountains or the sea are fairly short drives away both are well worth a visit. We stayed in the large farmhouse Casa Egle, which forms part of a small hamlet of beautifully restored buildings. The house is very comfortable and adequately equipped. Antonio is a great host and made himself understood even though my Italian is very poor.

La casa é molto bella e ben arredata, pulizia impeccabile, le 2 camere matrimoniali spaziose e climatizzate, i 2 bagni ottimi per dividere la casa anche con amici o famiglia. Splendido soggiorno e cucina attrezzata. Messi a disposizioni tutti i prodotti per le pulizie anche le capsule per la lavastoviglie. Meritano una menzione particolare il terrazzo, grandissimo e perfetto per rilassarsi e la splendida veranda climatizzata, dove l’atmosfera è splendida. La piscina e il giardino anche se condivisi con l’host sono un plus, rendono ancora più completa l’esperienza. (L’host e la sua famiglia non usano quasi mai la piscina, non ci è mai capitato di dover condividere). Posizione della casa comoda, non richiede necessariamente l’uso dell’auto per gli spostamenti, si ha tutto a 15min a piedi (spiaggia, supermercato, ecc) o a 2min di auto. Mirko, il figlio di Vittorio si è dimostrato un host molto cordiale, disponibile ed attento alle nostre esigenze, e grazie ancora per le pizze offerte :)

villa splendida, tutto impeccabile, nonostante la nostra numerosità lo spazio era più che abbondante, la casa è dotata di ogni confort e dispone di ampi e confortevoli spazi comuni. la signora Marta disponibilissima ci ha accolti con prosecco e dolci di benvenuto, lo consiglio vivamente, spero di tornarci presto.

Het huis is prettig. Goede keuken, waar alles aanwezig is. Badkamer, woonkamer alles is prima in orde. Een prima buitenruimte. Veel privacy en rustig. De buren zijn de schoonouders van Valentina. Hele aardige en gastvrije mensen. Prachtig zwembad met uitzicht op zee. Veel leuke plaatsen (bijv. San Benedetto en Ascoli Piceno) in de buurt die een bezoek waard zijn. Met de auto naar het strand is met de auto 5 minuten. Je kunt het openbare strand op, maar er zijn ook leuke strandtenten waar je een ligstoel etc. kunt huren. Supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt. Wij hebben er een heerlijke relaxte tijd gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Et vakkert hus i fantastisk landlige omgivelser. Dette er det perfekte huset for de som ønsker fred og ro. Verten Giampiero er en utrolig omgjengelig kar som ønsker å gi den beste opplevelsen når man bor i huset hans. Han svarer raskt og fikser det som trengs. Det eneste jeg har å utsette på oppholdet var at det ikke fremgikk av annonsen av at det var et eksternt anneks med 2 sengeplasser. Dette annekset burde oppgraderes grunnet et ganske omfattende fuktproblem. I tillegg fikk dessverre av 8 pers ørebetennelse den første uken grunnet for dårlig vannkvalitet i bassenget. Alt i alt var det likevel et fantastisk opphold der Gianpiero virkelig gjorde alt han kunne for at vi skulle trives.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella villa di Carlo, che è stato gentile e disponibile. Le comodità fornite dalla casa sono state molto apprezzate da tutti noi. Grazie ancora dell'ospitalità.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. Riccardo had also arranged wine for when we entered the house which was a very kind gesture. We met Laura as well, a very kind and helpful person. All in all, the stay at Villa Vittoria was great - I would definitely recommend this place for families/groups of friends, and I hope to come back again!

Villa straordinaria, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili. Non manca davvero nulla: ogni ambiente è stato pensato per offrire un'esperienza unica, che rende il soggiorno indimenticabile. La piscina è semplicemente spettacolare, perfetta per momenti di relax totale. Valentina e Andrea sono padroni di casa eccezionali, sempre gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità, senza mai essere invadenti. La loro accoglienza rende l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole e familiare. Anche se il mare è a circa 15 minuti di auto, la tranquillità e bellezza della villa compensano ampiamente la distanza. Un luogo consigliatissimo per chi desidera una vacanza all'insegna del comfort, del relax e del panorama
