My husband and I loved our stay! It was a beautiful apartment. David was extremely easy to work with and very responsive.

What can I say...Cinzia Host, to say the least, FABULOUS... she welcomed us as if she had always known us with a smile and a way of doing that immediately put us at ease... we stayed for two nights with our 2-year-old, who appreciated the crib lovingly prepared for him by Cinzia that he fell asleep on his own (never done in two years )🤣 Spectacular house, clean, cozy with attention to detail... nothing is really missing... we were divinely and... we will be back soon. Thank you Cinzia for giving us an end and a beginning of the year in thiscorner of timeless paradise.. With affection Riccardo, Olma and Ismaele.

A tidy cozy apartment is an immediate yard, convenient for parking. To reach the Jura in a few minutes after crossing the street through the tunnel. Sounds can be heard from the train and by car as is budding for those towns but hear the first days of getting used to it later. I loved getting back.

We had a lovely few days stay at Pino's apartment. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos and exactly as described- very walkable and close to many bars, restaurants and caffes. We would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in centro in San Benedetto.

The communication was great and the check-in was easy via lockbox. Manila even came by in the evening and brought us homemade cakes. We were very happy about the nice gesture and the delicious cake. The equipment of the apartment is new and as described. In particular, the air conditioning works perfectly and all windows have mosquito nets. There are seating options in the outdoor area, so you can make yourself comfortable there. Parking is right in front of the building and the location is a bit remote but very nice and quiet. Good base for exploring the area. There is only one gravel path to the accommodation, but it is easily accessible and you get good directions from Manila. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

The apartment perfectly matches the listing, equipped with all comforts. Guendalina is an excellent host who welcomed us, immediately pampering us with cookies. She was very attentive to all the details and always available every time we called her. I recommend this apartment because even if it's 500 meters to the beach, it has a great location away from the railroad and you really feel at home

As soon as we arrived, Tiziana welcomed us with remarkable professionalism, friendliness and simplicity. It felt like talking as if we'd known each other forever! Upon entering the apartment, we realized that what was described on the site was real. Particular emphasis on the extreme cleanliness and functionality of the furniture and furnishings available. The location of the apartment is enviable and strategic. To this must be added Tiziana's extreme availability for advice and/or various indications. Highly recommended

A very nice and clean apartment. Short distances to the beach, bakery, vegetable market, grocery store. Restaurant and ice cream parlour next door. Very good restaurant in the old town(recommendation from the host). Attention: Those who are sensitive to noise and have a light sleep should take into account that the trains are passing right behind the house. My phone had no reception and Dario responded to the new number right away. Thank you very much for this.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer on foot to the sea, but we were happy to walk, we could borrow bikes. Great place for mountain trips in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to come back in the future.

Extremely cozy house with every amenity. Equipped with everything. Sabrina and her family are exquisite people, always available, welcoming and ready to solve any kind of problem that may arise. The sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes, but the house is a few minutes from the village of Ripatransone, a gem. Thank you for everything

The appartment of Orietta is perfect located just acroos the street to the beach. It is very clean and you have a great view from the balcony to the sea and over Grotammare. For family with kids we can fully recommend Oriettas appartment.

Clean and functional place, fully equipped, in an excellent location to walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Hosts are very well organized and responsive. Really good mattresses. Recommended!

We have been for a week, wonderful views from the terrace. Plenty of nice places to visit in the area, Offida and Fermo! Then cool off in the sea, near the cottage. The cottage has all the comforts, we were with four adults and a child, which fit fine. Beds sleep well, air conditioning in the bedrooms and neat bathrooms. And we were welcomed with bubbles and tips for the surroundings, in short recommended!

During the stay we had a very good time, the apartment was logically well connected to the city center and the beach. Apartment well cleaned and equipped with all the features listed. Great relationship with Nicola, very helpful.

Great accommodation great service and excellent person

every time I book an apartment I always go with lead feet. Instead I found anything here and I was amazed. The kitchen equipped with everything including oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee machine with pods for every need,etc. Clean sheets and towels, beds ready and arranged. Washing machine detergents and home care. My family and I had a good time and didn't miss anything, I didn't think you could have such a good time and I didn't think I could find availability, courtesy, kindness and promptness to solve small problems. everything was perfect. Thank you and we hope to see you next year!

We left Casali Costadoro already with nostalgia. An enchanting place, nestled in the hills with the silence of nature. Beautiful pool but we preferred the sea with the reserved places included in the price of the accommodation, in the surroundings - in the evening - medieval villages with a beautiful cultural program of parties, festivals and concerts. A beautiful vacation with our one-year-old and our bordercollie. Thank you!

Awesome experience! The place is very nice with a beautiful background on the valley, the structure and the farmhouse are really beautiful and very well cared for, from the pool to the hydromassage square, the apartment on this farmhouse has been renovated with the same rustic style but with style and great attention to detail. What about Rossana and her family, always very kind and available with tips on any activity you want to do. My family and I had a great time and had a great time. We'll definitely be back

We felt very comfortable. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but it is quiet. You have the entire place to yourself, which was fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen are also great. We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.
