Small and charming apartment 2 steps from the sea! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and has a beautiful view of the sea. Quiet area, bike path under the house. The host was always very helpful and prompt in his responses. Certainly recommended.

Our stay at Arnaldo's was fantastic. We did not have a car, and he was very helpful with information on busses and taxis. His dogs are wonderful, his chickens lay delicious eggs, the beds are very comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed to cook our own meals, and relax between hiking and wandering the beautiful countryside. Arnaldo keeps the property in beautiful shape - and the views from every window in the house were such a delight. We had both sun and rain during our 5-night stay, and the place is perfect for both. Thank you Arnaldo - We would absolutely love to come back again!

A wonderful find in the southern Marche. The apartment was very well equipped, the garden and pool lovingly laid out. The view from the apartment is enchanting in every direction and the location is perfect between the sea and mountains and the numerous wineries. Communication with Marcus was quick and enjoyable at all times. The mattresses were also comfortable. Well worth it!

Edoardo was very responsive to all questions and inquiries. We spent time with Stefano and Paola who also owned the house and they were great . This is a beautiful upscale house and property immaculately maintained and the scenery is beautiful. It is a 30 minute car ride from the seaside town of Pedaso on the Adriatic . Wonderful hosts , wonderful house , wonderful experience!

The accommodations were clean and the host (Antonio and his wife) very hospitable. The property is very nice, the surroundings great to enjoy from the patio in the mornings with a coffee or going for a walk. There are lots of great things to see in the general area, and there is also a very good restaurant located on the property open for lunch and dinner.

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

At first we were a little scared to rent when we didn't have reviews, but we wrote to Bianca and it gave us confidence. The stay has far exceeded expectations. The environment is beautiful and the house was spotless. Bianca left us many welcome details and the house was fully equipped in every way, with a multitude of appliances and kitchenware, as well as fully clean. Bianca had left everything you need for your stay, cooking stuff, toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. They also adapted to check-in time and was available at all times. Her daughter Matilde gave us a lot of recommendations about the area and was attentive and available for all the questions we asked her during the stay. The truth is that it has been a wonder, I think it has been the best place we have tried to date. Absolutely recommended.

We felt right at home! Jeremy gave us a flexible check-in, as it took us a very long time on the outward journey due to extreme traffic jams. Jeremy took great care of us throughout our stay and kept asking if everything was okay, if we needed anything. There is ample parking in front of the house and shopping, restaurants, beach & promenade are within walking distance. A special highlight were the 2 loungers incl. umbrella on the beach. The apartment is very lovingly decorated and you will find everything you need. The beds and also the couch for watching TV are very comfortable, the cabinets offer enough space for everything. The terrace is a dream and goes around the whole apartment. You have a great view of the hills and the sea can also be seen from one corner. It's like a huge open-air living room. The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.
