Inhabited since the dawn of time by a noble family, it is still today embellished by a marvelous and large garden with a breathtaking view of the imposing Rocca and the entire deep valley: this is our structure.
“The stay in Assisi was great and the Airbnb made it that much more interesting and special. Sitting at the top, very back side of the city right on the edge of the cliff, we had a great view not often seen. We could see almost every corner and pathway through the city as we made our way to the lower touristic points. Make sure to take a different route each time - Assisi has so much charm down every lane. The apartment is no different. The all brick interior makes for a true Etruscan-like experience, with all the modern amenities! Recommended!”

The house is super comfortable and clean, great location, close to tourist attractions. Suite nata dalla ristrutturazione in stile moderno di un'antica abitazione del quartiere popolare di Porta Sant'Angelo, ingresso Nord di Perugia. Immersa in un giardino di proprietà, confina con la tranquilla e monumentale via del Tempio. Dista 10 min a piedi da Piazza IV novembre e 70 metri da un parcheggio libero su strada video sorvegliato (vedi foto).
“Very nice accommodation, perfectly kept house. Very accurate details. Impeccable cleanliness. Small outdoor area for a quiet breakfast. Very quiet area, with convenient free parking nearby, close to the Sant'Angelo gate; the tranquility is priceless, but not too close to the city center. The road, uphill and downhill, separates it by 1km from the nerve center of Perugia, a route that is still feasible, even in the summer heat. Nevio is a very kind and welcoming host. Recommended!”
