My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much!

Roberta's house is a gem in nature. If you need a relaxing place to stay in complete tranquility, it is ideal. The house is very nice, clean and recently renovated, very comfortable.

We spent an unforgettable stay with Micaela and Roberto in this charming cottage surrounded by greenery, where time seems to slow down and every breath smells of nature. Me, my partner and our dog were greeted with warmth and kindness in an authentically hospitable atmosphere, which immediately made us feel at home. The silence of the place, interrupted only by the song of the birds and the rustling of the leaves, gave us a deep sense of peace. The garden, manicured but wild at the right point, was also a paradise for our dog, who was able to enjoy freedom and greenery safely. A special thought goes to the delicious homemade tart we found when we arrived: a simple gesture, but full of care, which encloses the soul of this place. Highly recommended, see you next time!

Cristiano's house is pleasant to live in, in a quiet area. Everything had to be renovated recently. The description matches reality, the cleanliness is impeccable, the kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beautiful and large outdoor terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside with Mount Conero and the sea in the background. Private parking inside the property. In five minutes by car, you will find all the necessary shops. The first beaches are also minutes away. Good location of the house, whether you are looking for relaxation or to discover the surrounding villages and small fortified towns. The hosting and communication with our hosts was excellent. In short, we had a nice stay and recommend this place.

The apartment of Livio and Vittoria is very tastefully and elegantly furnished, spacious and well equipped. The small kitchen is cozy and makes it possible to prepare full food. The surroundings are wonderful and invite you to beautiful excursions. The pool is pleasant and offers wonderful relaxation. We enjoyed it as a family with a dog.

Our sty was wonderful, we had the peaceful location we were looking for, the kids found the space, playground, and animals to play with, the hoist Francesca and here mum were lovely with us, providing some local treats, felt really like home and having family members care. Place worth to visit with or without kids we really loved this place and will be pleased to do the experience again. Thanks for all.

This is an old stone villa with several suites on the hillside a few km from Assisi. Surrounded by vineyards, it is a quiet place and a great base for exploring the area. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful restoration of traditional Italian home . Very cosy and wonderful

Lovely place with a magnificent outdoor terrace and stunning views. We basically lived outside. Francesca and Ludovico are warm and generous people who will make you feel right at home. We loved our time there.

Staying at this cottage was a wonderful experience! Beautiful view and Federica is a very kind person, really lovely! The cottage is very easy to reach, the rooms are clean and there is everything you need to spend a few days relaxing… the swimming pool, the solarium area and the animals are also beautiful. Perfect place for those with children or who want to relax surrounded by nature!

Linda is a great hostess; house was not only sparkling clean, breakfast was already ready for the next day (including eggs from the chickens from her garden), the fireplace burned when we entered, so comfortably warm. Linda communicated well with us, thought about possibilities, was proactive, always responded quickly to our requests or questions for clarification or information. Linda has excellent information in the cottage with which you can discover the sights in the near and wide area: Really great! An excellent address if you want to visit Urbino and surroundings.

Great (short) stay. We had to leave early due to personal circumstances. We visited in October and Tina did mention there is no central heating. There are two fire stoves and the bedrooms have electric panels. We were not cold. It's a very rustic place, so be prepared to live close to nature :-) The view is extraordinaire. We stayed for a week in the little corner of paradise of Conero. The house is really very beautiful, with well-kept furnishings. Elegant and refined. A large garden shaded by olive trees offers silence, shade, and a beautiful view of Numana and its sea. A comfortable outdoor living area is well-equipped for enjoying the various moments of the day. Michela and Valerio are helpful, courteous and nice people. We hope to return to this little slice of paradise.

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!
