A rustic and well-kept house in a very quiet environment, from which you can explore the area very well. The hot tub is a little outdated, which was made up for by the beautiful garden and the very great cleanliness. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and professional.

We enjoyed our stay at this special place very much.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much!

It was just like being at home! Plus of the building: having a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom, terrace with beautiful views of the hills and in the distance also the sea and Monte Conero, convenient location, the sea is 2 minutes away by car, 15 minutes by foot, super helpful and kind hosts for anything. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the sea and, once you return home, rest and relax, this is the perfect place.

We recently spent two weeks in this delightful house. The location is perfect for exploring the area around the lake and further afield due to good road links. It has all the feel of an isolated house while being close to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean when we arrived and although basic has all the things you really need. Andrea the host was absolutely delightful and welcoming. He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We were received very friendly. Gustavo gave us great information about the design of our vacation with information about events and sights. We have experienced our two hosts as very helpful and supportive. On our arrival everything was as described in the offer. The communication was uncomplicated. The Podere is magically nestled in the hilly landscape, our place was only 10 steps from the very clean, daily cleaned pool. Bed linen and towels have been changed several times by our hosts. The whole complex is well maintained and very stylish and authentically designed. The quiet secluded location was very accommodating in our need for relaxation. The city of Tolentino with all shopping is 10 minutes away. The region of the Marche is an extremely interesting holiday area that can impress due to its charming and varied landscape, its very friendly inhabitants and with lots of culture and leisure activities. We were able to enjoy the traditional cuisine of the brands on the many festivals in the surrounding villages and towns. Our vacation was a complete success, we will be happy to come back, as this great region could not be discovered in 14 days.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved it. Very peaceful, easy access to other towns, and the area is breathtakingly beautiful. We loved taking the walking trail along the river! The health center was absolutely amazing after a long day of sightseeing. My only frustration is that the airbnb host is actually a management company that manages from a distance. When you arrive you are to contact the owner via text who is also not there. Then when you arrive there is Rita (owners mother) and Pamela (Rita’s helper); who are wonderful. There are a lot of people involved and you don’t really know who to talk to if a problem arises; communication gets tricky.

Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

The sentinel is a magical place, it has exceeded our expectations, with ample spaces, very well cared for and the welcome that only a very loved place has to offer. The view is incredible, it gave us wonderful moments. Francesca, co-host, was a friend, always available and with a big heart. We will definitely be back, such a place gives unique memories and we want to recreate new ones again!

La Casa di un tempo is a rarity, one of those places that takes you back in time just as the name implies. Perfect for those looking for accommodation surrounded by greenery, in an excellent location for excursions in nature and in the city. Perfect for a vacation with 4-legged friends. The house is in a fantastic secluded location. The view from the pool is stunningly beautiful. We arrived with 2 small children and the grandparents. For the little ones, there is a cool carousel, as well as swings and a mobile seesaw. High chair and baby cot are provided. We got great restaurant recommendations from Stefania and were even able to get into the house earlier than indicated. That was great! The garbage was picked up regularly and the pool cleaned. The rooms all had their own bathroom. The kitchen looks a little like canteen kitchen. Dishes, pots, etc., are sufficiently available. However, we had to buy dish soap, tabs, sponge and garbage bags ourselves. Wifi is only close to the router. Towels for the pool can be rented for a fee. Every once in awhile, donkeys and horse came to visit the fence, so pure idyll! The outdoor area is really great, the interior design is a bit outdated. It was still a nice stay :-)

We , a married couple with dog, spent 3 weeks in Roberta's house. A great house in a quiet location with fantastic views . We felt very comfortable. Our dog was also able to move freely in the premises. Thanks Roberta

We have visited Alessandro’s place as a group of 6 adults and 3 kids!! Place was very spacious and had a great outdoors seating space as well as ‘games’ room with ping pong table. Pool was great size good for swimming and entertainment. Villa surrounded by great views and it’s up in the heals so therefore much cooler which was amazing during the extreme heat in Italy. Alessandro thank you sooo much for fantastic time!! We will be back ❤️

Paradise home in nature with everything you need, the pool is just one of the highlights of the house along with the barbecue and wood-burning oven. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms, as are the bathrooms. The garden is great for being together and going back up. Beautiful location in nature with plenty of places to swim in the river and various walking paths. Impeccable host always available and provided us with all the information we asked for or that could be useful.

Linda is a great hostess; house was not only sparkling clean, breakfast was already ready for the next day (including eggs from the chickens from her garden), the fireplace burned when we entered, so comfortably warm. Linda communicated well with us, thought about possibilities, was proactive, always responded quickly to our requests or questions for clarification or information. Linda has excellent information in the cottage with which you can discover the sights in the near and wide area: Really great! An excellent address if you want to visit Urbino and surroundings.

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!
