Beautiful cottage in the mountains among fields of cereals and legumes, breathtaking views, surrounded by bright green during the day and with a blanket of stars over your head at night. Absolute peace and relaxation. We stayed three nights in David's apartment to visit Umbria a little, we had a great time. The house is equipped with everything you need with a very romantic wood stove in the kitchen. Close to the major points of interest in the area but in absolute tranquility. We were a nice group and it was great to wake up in that green in the morning and be able to find refreshment on the way back from the tours in the various villages. I recommend this place to everyone, obviously you have to like the countryside and you have to be a nature lover, we are and we fully appreciated it, thanks David.

The accommodation is located in a wonderful area, surrounded by greenery and in a strategic position to visit the most interesting places in Umbria. The hosts were super cute and we really appreciated their availability.

A three days in the calm of nature in a structure within walking distance of the lake with a pool and sauna available. Really helpful host and perfect home for 10 of us! Everything is clean and functional. Outdoor barbecue, swings, tables, and other amenities are a non-trivial plus. We'll be back.

Roberto is very hospitable. The house is as pictured and we found it tidy and well cleaned. 5-minute walk to the center. Pass provided by Roberto to park in various areas of Sirolo to access the beaches. He provided us with useful information to make the most of our stay

The perfect little Italian getaway, in a peaceful and charming location. As a family, we really enjoyed the rustic cottage and were well looked after. Having breakfast together every morning was really lovely. We were made to feel very welcome.

The owner is also always available to leave his luggage at check-in. They were quick to respond to the required formations and booking stages. Spacious and clean apartment.

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. Six of us were on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary car repair. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also great - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. After a good time with the family, we return to Germany very satisfied and rested. Many thanks to Nilvana and her family

Marco's accommodation is extremely comfortable, equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Marco was an attentive and present host, also providing his own cell phone and that of his wife. The accommodation is really close to both one of the many free beaches and the bathing establishments. If I have to choose a new beach vacation, I will definitely choose the same solution. We stayed at the place with friends for a week and had a really great time! The cottage was very clean, well equipped and just as beautiful as in the photos. The location was ideal – quiet, but still everything easily accessible. The short path to the house looks very bumpy at first glance, but it is definitely feasible. Andrea and Babara warmly welcomed us with a gift. They were always super friendly, helpful and always available if we had any questions or needed tips for the area. You immediately felt welcome! We highly recommend the place and would come back any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!
