Vacation rentals with a sauna in Marche

We travelled with 2 kids in July 2024. Really nice and quiet agriturismo close to Ascoli Piceno (20 mins away). We enjoyed the countryside and its quaint little towns, the swimming pool and some great local trattorie and osterie. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the apartment is very clean and if you use the shutters and the fans, it’s cool enough to sleep, even without airconditioning.

wonderful stay, cozy house, clean, well accommodated. The owner of the House was a love of person, super polite, friendly and very attentive. I recommend with my eyes closed.

We stayed 8 nights, studio in a strategic area, near the bus stop, in the center of Sirolo. Free parking available 500m away. Clean apartment with everything you need, very comfortable outdoor terrace with closet. The only flaw is the absence of a field, but I know Alessandro is making up for it by installing the Wifi.

Renzo's apartment was centrally located in old Gubbio and very spacious and comfortable. it was very modern and clean. you can walk to either side of the city easily from this location. There was ample coffee and snacks available. Renzo was very friendly and went out of his way to welcome us, show us the apartment, and make us feel comfortable. I would definitely start her again!

Beautiful property and well connected with all points of interest. In a short time, you can reach the major cities of Umbria, 10 minutes from the center of Perugia. Surrounded by greenery, the property offers tranquility to rest and relax. Highly recommended

Casale al Lago is a small corner of heaven, immersed in the Orvietan countryside with a breathtaking view that invites you to focus on the present moment, enjoying the beauty that surrounds it and relaxing your mind. Tiziano and Claudia who welcomed us were two really great people, friendly and kind. highly recommended extras, products such as charcuterie and Titian eggs, which allowed us to have breakfast for champions!!!

Lovely spacious and well maintained apartment with a creative flair located inside the historic city walls of Montefalco. The home had all the amenities we needed and the host was kind and responsive. We were so glad to stay in this lovely place. Our family was a bit jealous and will be looking to book this the next time they're in the area.

We had a great time at Francesca's structure, a spacious and spacious apartment in the historic center of Urbino, a stone's throw from the main square, beautifully furnished and finished. We went to visit our children who study there, and we were able to welcome them both in Francesca's apartment to spend a cold and rainy afternoon together, in a comfortable and comfortable space, not being able to stay around in the rain. The view and garden are beautiful, too bad it was too cold to be outdoors, but we promised to come back in the spring. Francesca was always responsive, kind and communicative. We'll definitely be back.

Great value for a beautifully kept flat in a stunning location with the bonus of a sauna and hot tub! Hosts were attentive and helpful

We stayed here for 2 nights while on our honeymoon, very romantic room. And there are restaurants close by, lots of cafe’s and shopping near by as well. There are a few great scenic views as well. Grabbing a taxi was relatively easy to get in the area. But we did have to ask some neighboring hotels to order us one since the office didn’t open early. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is perfect. New, well-furnished and very clean. Kitchen is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Special mention for the amazing fireplace and sauna. Great location to totally relax. Mario was very kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any of our requests. Highly recommended!

Central apartment, brand new and very nice with very large bathroom and a fantastic private sauna. Very nice and unexpected gift when you arrive. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but we will be back. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay at Greenvalley BnB, Yulia is a friendly and helpful host. We also became friends with Eugene (one of her dogs), who only walked along with Yulia when she came over to deliver breakfast. At the same time we had our privacy at the studio. The studio is very comfortable and the pool is very nice; the pictures speak for themselves. If you are looking for a place to relax and close to some nice villages, the beach and services (such as grocery shopping), Greenvalley BnB is most definitely the perfect location. We would highly recommend this !! J&M.

Super home with many amenities Very good location, in the city of Casinina there is everything you need (shops, restaurants , cafes) It takes 35 minutes to get to the beaches, Forli airport just over an hour around beautiful mountains and walking areas

Very special place, with great Nature, a good host with good recommendations for activities. The pool area feels private even though there are other guests. We had a great stay!

The location is beautiful and extremely peaceful. Antonio has taken great care to provide every possible amenity including a sauna, cooling pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor grill and so forth. Inside he has generously offered complimentary champagne, luxury quality olive oil and bathroom amenities one expects from a five star hotel. Regrettably, for personal reasons, we had to leave after only one day but would have loved to stay for longer.

The stay met all our expectations . The home is modern - it matches the description and photos from the announcement . Every room has air conditioning. Each room offers a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very clean home. The girl who takes care of the villa ( Gaia) and the owner are very nice and helpful . They were always available, happy to provide tips on nearby attractions , restaurants, and answer any questions. All in all, it was a real pleasure to stay at this villa. Everything from the interiors, pool and location was top notch. I highly recommend this villa to anyone who dreams of a relaxing holiday in Italy on the Adriatic Sea !

The stay lasted less than 24 hours but dinner with the barbecue, the evening with a hot tub, sauna, billiards, ping pong and foosball and the night spent at Villa Patty were perfect for children but also for us adults!
