Staying at Elisabetta’s place in Ascoli Piceno was an absolute pleasure for my family and I. Not only was the breakfast great, the room clean, and the host very accommodating, but the surrounding area is beautiful and filled with lots to do. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to explore Ascoli Piceno and the surrounding areas.

Strategic location, close to the center and access points to the sea. Very clean property. Owners very attentive to needs and available for any need, directions and suggestions on the stay. Well-organized breakfast.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

Niceplace and above all convenient to get to the center for all activities

Quiet and quiet place to enjoy the peace of the territories. Great value. Comfortable rooms with everything you need for a good stay. Wonderful pool where you can take a dip or relax. Giovanna and Emilia, two attentive and kind landlords, available to make you feel at home. Perfect location to reach any place, from Assisi to Santa Maria degli Angeli, from Perugia to Gubbio. Wonderful week in Danilo's B&B, a stone's throw from the sea and with the possibility of easily reaching the surrounding areas by car or bike. We were greeted and pampered with a hearty breakfast every morning. The room was cleaned by request and had all the comforts in the description.

Paola’s place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, good location, great breakfast, and help with travel plans in the area. Leonardo was very nice and easy to talk to. It’s a very quiet area. Walkable to main town. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our first night. Simple and comfortable room.

Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to explore Le Marche. Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area but by car nearby everything you need. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and blindly book again when I go on vacation in this region. The hosts have done their best to make you feel at home in a nice, comfortable clean environment and have tips for day trips, food and many other things. We enjoyed it.

Eddie is an amazing host! A few days before, he shared useful information about the property and various things you can see, eat, and do in the area and Assisi in general. He even upgraded me to the one-bedroom apt which was a plus! The apt itself was bigger than I thought and so nicely decorated. I loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast outside in the sun. His son was also working on the property during my stay and was so kind of enough to show me around, which was great as I was traveling solo. The property and location is absolutely beautiful. You can see both Assisi and Perugia from their farm and the pool (which was closed at the time) as views of Assisi. There’s different areas you can explore or sit and relax in. You can easily spend a good hour or so walking through the vineyards, orchard, and open lawn. Additionally, the town Palazzo is a ~30 min walk away so you can grab dinner without your car if needed.

Stuart and Katrina are two fantastic hosts! Friendly, helpful and very kind. The house surrounded by nature is very enjoyable, the pool is super and the room is quiet and well maintained. Breakfast with special hot croissants! Thank you so much for making us feel “at home”!!If we return to the area we will definitely see each other again.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Massimiliano and Carmen welcomed us with the utmost availability and a lot of sympathy. Excellent advice on where to go and where to eat. Superlative cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. Super breakfast, fresh products, sweet and savory, prepared by Carmen. Quiet and peaceful area, but strategically located for visiting the attractions of the area, such as Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro and Urbino. I definitely recommend this property run by people who care about guests.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

I only had the opportunity to spend one night in this b&b that I recommend from all points of view. Very clean room, furnished with brand new furniture and all necessary comfort. Breakfast is plentiful, with house-cooked cakes. Very nice owner and very willing to meet us both for check-in time and breakfast. Basically, highly recommended.
