Il paese di Sant'Ippolito a pochi minuti di distanza offre tutto il necessario: ristoranti, bar, panetteria, discount, banca.

The LARGE Conte Giacomo Azzurra suite is part of a 4,000 m2 building dating back to 1700. A place where light and history create an almost surreal atmosphere. Independent entrance, privacy. Very large double bedroom, king size bed (which can be divided into 2 single beds). It is also a comfortable triple room, private bathroom renovated 2024.

Casale Monticchio - The Pigsties, up to 3 people

We created this 90sqm apartment from the old pigsties. Why they gave the pigs three beautiful south facing arched windows we still don’t know! The open-plan layout was designed to take into consideration wheel chair access as this is the only apartment on one level. The feeling is quite contemporary with one stone wall and the others being painted white. It is the most secluded of our apartments as it faces south onto the open fields toward Mercatello, where there is a nice bar run by Paola.

Ca' dei Giuli. The newly renovated self catering apartments are spacious with a living space, fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker with oven, fridge/freezer and coffee making facilities. Each apartment has a comfortable seating area and a dining table. The bedroom had a double bed and a wardrobe. The spacious separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Outside seating area for drinks or breakfast. All areas around the property are freely available for your use.

The accommodation is part of a small villa but is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THERE IS NO DOUBLE VERSION, the space is more suitable for single travelers or groups of friends who do not need a particular level of privacy) from a bathroom with toilet and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE. It has private parking. It is equipped with heating, linen, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a hairdryer. Accommodation tax is payable on site.
