Very nice apartment with a stylish interior and new furniture. What is nice, very clean! Convenient location of the apartment, in the very center of the city, but at the same time on a quiet street. Separate entrance. There are all the amenities for a long stay: a kitchen, a washing machine. I loved it)

Good evening, I only stayed one night but Claudia was also very helpful in check-in flexibility, she is also in the center so travel is easy. Clean room and bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here also because if I have to return to Perugia I will have no doubt about going back there!

The apartment is a real gem: the interiors are well-kept and services of all kinds are provided, to the point of looking at home. Details are what raise the quality of the place even more. Also, the availability of Mrs. Sabrina and Mr. Roberto was really unbeatable! The care and cleanliness have completed an extremely pleasant stay!

The accommodation was perfect. We especially enjoyed the great views and quiet location. We were very warmly welcomed by Ivana and her husband (local contact) and Suzanne was always friendly and easily accessible at all times. We will come back:)

My boyfriend and I were allowed to spend a whole week in the wonderful place. Nicole and Marcel were wonderful hosts! We were greeted with a welcome drink and immediately felt warmly welcomed. If we had any questions or needed anything, we were immediately helped and provided with tips and recommendations. The room was super cozy and sparkling clean. In addition to the small coffee kitchen (dishes, kettle, French press), we were even provided with coffee powder. The bed was totally cozy and we haven't slept so well in a long time. The large pool was really worth its weight in gold on the hot summer days. We also found the private fenced garden super great. In general, we can only say that it was a great vacation in a great place. We thank you for the great time and the nice evenings together and that you shared your little paradise with us. This was my favorite part of my trip to Italy. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The beauty of this estate villa was amazing! The hosts felt like old friends right away. I feel so lucky to have the memories of my time here. I know exactly why other guests return year after year!!

Perfectly situated in a vibrant part of the historic town, yet not overcrowded. Host is very friendly and available. Apartment is spacious and complete. Would definitely come back!

We have been at Hugues and Andrew's place with a group of five friends. It was a wonderful time spent at the Casale, the space is fantastic, furnished with great taste and had everything inside just like home. It is the perfect getaway to relax and disconnect from the rush. Hugues was super kind even before checking in, recommending great places to shop food, wine and pasta fresca. In the Casale they also have a wonderful vegetables garden where you can pick fresh vegetables and herbs to cook. The swimming pool is also great. 10 out of 10.

We stayed 4 nights at this property, whose location does not allow you to reach the sea on foot but is certainly central to all the beautiful beaches that characterize the area, all within a 10-15 minute drive. Also convenient to inland towns worth a visit like Loreto and Recanati. Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the property, Letizia is a very meticulous and precise host, and you can see that she cares a lot about her guests. In addition to being comfortable, the property is certainly beautiful and well-kept, with plenty of outdoor space in the beautiful garden of the house. Letizia also kept in touch with us, giving us various suggestions on activities in the area and with valuable tips. I highly recommend it!

Our summer ending holiday was wonderfull in James summer house villa. Area was peacefull, warm atmosfear, nature sounds and lights, lot of posibillities to explore the nature and beautiful landscape by foot or car. Good equipment, furniture, swiming pool, even yoga ir gym space for morning or evening practice. James is verry wellcoming person, I was verry lucky with my choise, who brought me to this place and and to such a wonderfull person. I realy recomend this place to people who want to enjoy the moment and warm wellcomeing. Best regards, James!
