siamo stati in questo appartamento dal 26 al 30 agosto, posto stupendo, isolato, ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi, la sig.ra Oriana è veramente gentilissima e cordialissima. La casa è pulitissima, per non parlare del giardino, spettacolo. Siamo rimasti molto contenti e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Que dire ? À part que tout a été parfait . De l’accueil par les parents ainsi que la suite du séjour . Nous avons de suite était séduit et nous sommes tombés sous le charme ! La vue sur les monts alentours est incroyable , la piscine fort utile et très agréable . Quant aux hôtes , très accueillants et disponible . Merci à vous !! Nous nous avions pu prolonger de quelques jours nous l’aurions fait car nous avons été vraiment triste de partir ( gros coup cœur pour Charly qui nous a pas lâché du début à la fin il va nous manquer ) . Merci merci ! Nous avons hâte de revenir

Myself and my family had a fantastic stay at this property. It is clean and spacious and in a fantastic location close to all the amenities in Sarnano. We loved the open fire on an evening. The garden and games room kept my children occupied for hours. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a relaxing time in a beautiful area.

We gingen met heel het gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kindjes) logeren bij Paola en Luca en zouden het iedereen aanraden. Buiten het feit dat de locatie prachtig is, zijn ook Paola en Luca twee warme, aangename, vriendelijke, behulpzame personen. Ze stonden steeds klaar met antwoorden op onze vragen, tips voor bezienswaardigheden, hulp waar nodig... Kortom, de gastvrijheid waar we op voorhand enkel maar van konden dromen. Bovendien produceren ze heerlijke wijnen en werd er een degustatie georganiseerd voor een zeer democratische prijs. Wij zijn alvast van plan om er terug te keren. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è moderna, pulita, ordinata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un lungo soggiorno. Giuseppina è stata estremamente disponibile, accogliendoci senza problemi nonostante il nostro ritardo. Sempre pronta a rispondere e a darci consigli utili; amichevole, attenta e gentilissima. Siamo davvero soddisfatti e torneremo volentieri. Molto comodo il parcheggio sotto casa e il bar sotto casa per fare colazione. Consiglio a tutti!

Alessios Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten und bietet viel Raum für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Es war unser dritter Urlaub in Ascoli und es war die schönste bisher gebuchte Wohnung. Den Abend bei einem Aperitivo auf der Terrasse zu verbringen ist ein Genuss! Man ist, sobald man die Haustür verlassen hat, direkt im centro storico und wirklich alles ist fußläufig erreichbar! Ich denke wir kommen bald wieder.

Very convenient apartment for visiting Sarnano, it matches the description. Very kind and communicative host. Impeccable cleanliness, tidy and complete space. The only issue was the internet connection, which was quite slow, averaging 13 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up. I'll stay here again next time I visit Sarnano.

Il soggiorno presso Paradise Home è stato davvero piacevole: appartamento confortevole, situato vicinissimo al centro storico... la soluzione ottimale per le nostre esigenze. Tony è stato un host super disponibile, molto proattivo già da prima del nostro arrivo, in grado di fornire giusti consigli (parcheggio, locali, ristoranti...). Consiglio caldamente!

Francesca é stata molto gentile ed ospitale, l’appartamento è veramente carino, dotato di tutti i comfort e letteralmente a due passi dal mare. Avevo paura di faticare a trovare parcheggio, invece nessuno problema! La zona è tranquilla, ma si raggiunge facilmente sia San Benedetto che il centro di Grottammare.

Ci siMo trovati molto bene. Federica sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Casa pulita, vicina alm mare e silenziosa. Grazieeeeee

Accogliente appartamento a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, trovato in ottime condizioni, con tutto il necessario ed estremamente pulito. L'host si è dimostrato sempre molto cortese e disponibile nei nostri confronti, esperienza assolutamente consigliata!

Gentilissimo e disponibile il signor Stefano. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e ci siamo trovare benissimo, casa pulita, confortevole ad un ottima posizione. Peccato che sia gia occupata per capodanno altrimenti facevamo il bis!!!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Maria Rita. Sie ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Praktisches Detail: zwei Toiletten! Das Bad hat ein großes Fenster. Die Räume sind hell und haben hohe Decken. Vorhänge und Mückengitter gibt es in der Wohnung nicht (außer in der Küche). Daher muss man immer die Rolläden runterlassen, wenn man von außen nicht gesehen werden will. Für uns war es kein Problem, da die anderen Wohnungen nicht besetzt waren und es Ende September nicht mehr viele Mücken gab. Praktisch ist auch die moderne (und leise) Waschmaschine. An den Zug, der hinter dem Haus vorbeifährt, gewöhnt man sich schnell. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Der Garten ist groß und man findet schöne Sitzplätze. Auto und Fahrräder kann man sicher parken, da das ganze Grundstück von einem hohen Zaun umgeben ist. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We felt right at home at Giardini degli Ulive. Anna was very welcoming and helpful with her suggestions. She is a responsive host that enters into relation with discreteness and it was a pleasure getting to know her and her family. The house is very sunny, bright, clean and its location ideal. We highly recommend this stay

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man schnell am Meer oder im Ort. Die Kommunikation mit Lino und seiner Mutter Regina war immer freundlich und schnell. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, und hatten zu 6st genügend Platz in der Wohnung. Lage war tiptop, waren viel mit den eigenen Velos unterwegs. Die Klimaanlage hat uns angenehme und erholsame Nächte emöglicht.
