Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Premantura

We enjoyed our stay at Nevenka very much - very friendly, welcome, good service, great area the proximity to the sea ... but airbnb did not write us a response to our address request! Anne

Our time at Branko's Casa Piano was very nice. Branko (the owner) lives next door and was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. He gave us great tips regarding restaurants and events nearby. We were absolutely satisfied and can only recommend it to everyone. You have your peace there, it is a bit remote in a small village but perfect for relaxing and the next major city of Labin is also only about 10 to 15 minutes by car. All in all, just a great stay.

Very nice and quiet house in Croatian style, nicely furnished, very clean and maintained with beautiful garden and pool. Perfect with dog, completely fenced. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back. The hosts are very nice and likeable.

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

this was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. so comfortable and clean. Very friendly welcome and could not ask for a better host. it was a bit too cool to use the pool, but we had fantastic days out very short drives away. we all fell in love with Croatia and the lovely people. I would highly recommend this, it is on the edge of town, so close to a beach and felt like being in the country.

Beautiful stay in the city center, big advantage is the garage. The apartment is smaller, but two families fit great. In fact, there is everything one needs in having in the appartment. It was a nice stay, so I just want to thank the hosts and vices to recommend this apartment to others.

Gordana was a very nice and great host :) Can only agree with the good reviews! The apartment is very well equipped - and you feel right at home. The location is great, almost right on the marina, 15-20 minutes walk to beautiful beaches, by car or a bike you can get there in a few minutes. My dog also felt comfortable ;) Thank you for the beautiful days - and also the homemade jam was delicious. Gladly again and fully recommended! :)

We were received in a very friendly manner by Alex and Igor. There were maps of the area with tips on restaurants and attractions. The apartment was very clean and conveniently furnished. The village of Valbandon is very small, but there is a very good restaurant (Rosignol) a few meters away. Since we were there out of season (end of September/beginning of October), we can't say what else is going on in Valbandon. For us, the tranquility was just right. However, a car is recommended if you want to see something of the beautiful region. We felt completely comfortable.

Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

The apartment is on the first floor of a building. The hosts live above but let you stay in complete privacy. Very helpful and quick in communications. The apartment was clean and very close to the arena. The apartment had all the necessary amenities (kitchen utensils, towels, blankets). Positive experience.

We will definitely stay at Patricia's place - everything was well furnished, clean, filled with useful household supplies. There was nothing superfluous in the apartment - a comfortable double bed, a sofa, even a sea view from the balcony. It was convenient to live, cook. Patricia recommended great places to visit, was always available and answered any questions, although there were almost none. The sea was very close, with a great pine park, cafes, tennis courts and large shopping centers where you can find everything in 7 minutes. Someone may be confused by the nearby ancient cemetery, but it is not at all visible from the windows and if I had not looked at the map, I would not have known about it:)) We had a great time! We recommend Patricia and her wonderful apartment to everyone🤍

Thank you very much for letting us stay with our family in your accommodation despite the fact that we have 4 children/ you are family friendly - in front of you they said they were full.../ Super accommodation and amenities/male minus is the climate when a person is but everything can be cooled - maybe by time/. This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. The attention to detail was impressive. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to toiletries like shampoo and soap. We didn't have to worry about bringing or buying any essentials, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Milos went above and beyond by providing us with a generous welcome gift - a bottle of water, juice, and even wine! This kind gesture really set the tone for our entire stay. The apartment is bright, spacious and very clean just like the photos. There are many good restaurants and shopping options that can be reached in minutes on foot. Branka and her mother were always available, helpful and incredibly friendly. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation.

We spent 1 week in this beautiful place and hope to be able to come back soon. The proximity to several very nice beaches, restaurants, bakery, small market...is perfect (walking distance). Other destinations can be easily reached after a short drive by car. The apartment is lovingly decorated, so you feel very comfortable. Everything matched the description. The garden is now a bit wild, but you can find one or two turtles. Goran is a very enjoyable and helpful host. We enjoyed it very much!

Marina and her entire family were very welcoming hosts. Helpful and friendly, while not tinging. The apartment is very well equipped, enough kitchen utensils for your own cooking. Beautiful cozy garden with trees, lots of natural shade. We spent a lot of time in the garden.

Nice clean place to stay. Completely sufficient for 2 people. The city center is within walking distance.
