The host was very thoughtful and friendly. The house is very spacious great to enjoy with friends or family.

Great house, very well equiped and super clean. We had a big olive tree garden with bbq, pool and playground (football, volleyball, kids area) just for ourselves. Several nice beaches, shops, services were very close (up to 15min by car). The housekeepers are kind people and very helpful. We would like to thank them once again for helping us with our ill son (he is fine now ;) ). Surely we would reccomend this place.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

Great holiday home, has everything you need and it’s really nice to stay there. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host is very friendly, responds quickly, and is easy to communicate with. We recommend it and will definitely come back!

We were received so kindly and personally. She's so helpful. If we had questions, answers came quickly. Everything was so clean. The fresh of the apartment immediately met us, which felt like home. Everything clean and pool wonderful. We got treats from her. What I thought was so sweet. I would say all in one that won't be our last vacation there Book the apartment, you make no mistake.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Our stay in Rovinj was simply amazing! The house was spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace offering a stunning view of the city. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals with local ingredients. The location was perfect – just a few meters from the main promenade and close to all the restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We would definitely love to return!

We‘ve had a pleasant stay at the tiny stone house. Everything was so nicely put together. Please recognize, that because the Building is surrounded by nature, it‘s possible that ants and spiders enter it- so don‘t let food on the table over night and you‘ll be fine.

I could write thousand of pages about Miriam's home, considering how perfect was our stay in Pula! The place is simple (exactly as we like), very well cleaned, including every single object in the kitchen and also the towels and bed sheets. We spent one week in Pula and we had very hot days, but it is not a problem to sleep as the ar conditioner is great and able to keep the house in a fresh temperature. Miriam also helped us changing money, that's means you don't need to pay exchange rates or get worried about it, just ask to Miriam and among other things, she will help you also on that! Another cool stuff that I saw were the bikes available for renting in Miriam's house, we didn;t use it but if you want, they are there also. The location is perfect, our apartment was faced to the dead-end street side, so few cars passing by. There are a lot of beutiful beaches near by and our favorite one just few minutes away by car from Miriam's house was the Galebove Stijene, there are some caves and you can rent Kayaks to go inside (please do it some days before you go to Pula, otherwise is impossible to book). The "grand finale" was our last night when Miriam brought us a home made crepe, it was still warm and super delicious! Because all of this, we want to back to Pula and repeat the same absolute great experience we had, if you are in doubt and looking for a place to stay, now you can finish your searching, my wife and me extremely recommend this place! Very nice place to stay and sparkling clean. The beautiful outdoor area with the pool was our highlight. I was also happy to accommodate the car. Location easy to find, nice and quiet but fast in Pula and co.

Thank you very much for letting us stay with our family in your accommodation despite the fact that we have 4 children/ you are family friendly - in front of you they said they were full.../ Super accommodation and amenities/male minus is the climate when a person is but everything can be cooled - maybe by time/. Barbara and her mother are very kind and helpful, the place is the same as the photos and very comfortable to walk around for any activity! I recommend it.

Great place for a vacation - spacious apartment with all necessary things for a family comfort stay! We enjoyed the amicability of the hosts and felt cosy and welcomed. The communication is easy and prompt. The apartment is on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Everything is just like on the pictures (the TV was even a bit bigger). We appreciated the small details like sun-shaded car park place and some toys for kids. The kitchen is well-equipped not only with cups and plates but also with pots of different sizes, pans and cooking utensils. The beds are very comfortable and the surroundings are quiet. With closed windows (which make sense when an air conditioner is on) I heard nothing from the street, and I'm a sensitive sleeper. The patio is very nice, I enjoyed doing my morning yoga routine among peaches and grapes. The location is also great - just a few minutes by car (less than 10 by foot) to the nearest beach, 10-15 minutes drive to the nearest supermarkets.

Nice, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is as described, more than enough space for 6 people. Pula and Medulin can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Various beaches and activities in the immediate vicinity. I'd love to come back.

We had a perfect 4-night stay at this beautiful villa surrounded by the most beautiful nature. We loved everything about the house, spaciousness, design, location, serenity, amenities, cleanliness and pool. Ivana was a super friendly host, had some great suggestions regarding Istria and communication was a pleasure.

The pictures don’t give this place enough credit. 10/10!

Stanko was always available and did everything very quickly to our satisfaction. In addition, he gave us very good tips for the area and restaurants. We arrived with 2 small dogs, but the fenced garden was really optimal. The dogs could move freely in the garden without us having to worry that they would escape. The house is quietly located overlooking an olive grove and very lovingly furnished. The pool is unbeatable - it was our highlight! We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable the house is very nice. Franko and Nensi were very friendly and always helpful. Villa Grace is highly recommend.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

We had spent a wonderful 12 days in this special villa. We were very warmly welcomed by the house owners; with guest basket and a personal tour of the house. It had everything you needed, fully equipped kitchen. Down to the last detail. (even Netflix, X-Box) Everything very clean and stylish. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but our kids, like us, enjoyed the cooling off every day. And with the counter-current you can also do a few swimming moves;) Highly recommended. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing holidays, this is a wonderful place. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away
