Our home is located halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both, so having the car is highly recommended! A fine choice to explore local area all year round this fully equipped and uniquely designed apartment on the first floor is 10-15 min walk to the seashore. You'll have a nice terrace with open view on the back yard, self check-in/out possibility, AC cooling/heating, STANDARD CAR SIZE PARKING, linen and fiber optic Wi-Fi. All taxes are included in the price.

Casa Percan - 5 min walk to the beach

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

The attic apartment, adapted in 2020, is located in the best residential area in Premantura - in the first row to the sea overlooking the upstream islands. Premantura is known for its Kamenjak Nature Park with over 30 different, magnificent bays and incomparable flora and fauna. The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building on the edge of the forest. Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches can be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
