Vacation rentals with a sauna in Premantura

The cottage and the terrace are really like the pictures, all the amenities are beautifully thought out and available. We are happy with our stay, Ingrid and Michael are very nice hosts and live in the upper part of the house, but with occasional encounters, they give you as much privacy as they can.

Super great panoramic views of the sea! Simply brilliant! From the bedroom, kitchen and balcony, ! Very nice complex with great communal pool and many sunbeds. Very nice shared terrace with barbecue facilities, finally a comfortable and wide bed with good mattresses, total tranquility, so we could relax very well. The kitchen was also well equipped and everything was there for you. You just need a car to get to Labin for shopping (about 12 km). Overall a very nice holiday. Thank you. We will be back!

Robert is a most thoughtful, welcoming and generous host in an area that is great to explore. Beautiful house and garden - we were very appreciative of the warm welcome with delicious ham, bread and drinks. The children thought it was amazing to pick home-grown figs and grapes and have a wonder around the garden. Our whole family of 5 loved it. We will always look back fondly on our stay. Wonderful memories made. Thank you, Robert, for hosting us so well!

Mariette was super friendly and recommended a few local spots to visit. The apartment was clean, inlcuding a newly renovated kitchen with all needed equipment. We had a nice stay and would absolutely recommend her place. Thanks for the small gift before we left, wishing you all the best!!

Hosts were great and the villa was gorgeous

The personal contact was excellent. From the personal key handover to inquiries during the stay, the landlord was always there for us. The house is super clean and very large (we were 2 adults, 2 children and 1 dog). The kitchen and all other rooms were superbly equipped - nothing was missing. We would definitely book the house again!

Great place, cool pool is in the heat :) plus air conditioning and bathroom in every room, nice beaches in the neighborhood. B. good communication with hosts who are kind, helpful, discreet. I recommend, I'd love to come back

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼

The Villa is amazing and very easy to find. Also the owners have their own vinery 200m from the Villa and they organised a vine tasting which was amazing. Highly recommend this Villa
