Such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Little touches made it feel homely. Perfect location - a short walk from the iconic coliseum, beautiful restaurants, bars, shops and a gorgeous view of the sea. Tanja was so helpful and flexible with an early check-in.

Very well described, easily walkable to the town center with nice views nearby.

We enjoyed our stay in every way. Even through we where here in february, we really enjoyed the energy of the sea and a fresh sea breeze, the air IS fantastic. We used the bikes and went on beautiful hikes mostly along the coast. We brought fresh seefood at a nearby fish shop and vegetable on the local market and prepared it at our accomodation. We also loved eating at different restaurants ( lot of seafood and cevapcici;) The villa is spacious, clean and very nice. Igor the owner is a helpful and kind person. Thank you very much🌊😌

My husband and I can highly recommend this genuine and well equipped pearl. Absolutely perfect location in the old city - we enjoyed the view of the blue sea from the bedroom and the charming street from the kitchen. Just two minutes from the apartment is a wonderful swimming spot where you can also enjoy the best sunset in Croatia. Good and quick communication with Manuela. And we got a ride from the bus station.

Sanja's apartment is perfect: very clean and equipped with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable with spectacular views. The shower and bedding are of excellent quality. The neighborhood is peaceful and very secure. Beaches, shopping malls and cultural activities are all within walking distance. We had our car which allowed us to visit beautiful places. Sanja hosted us very well and gave us valuable advice. We'll be back for sure. We recommend this listing and thank Sanja again for her kindness.

A week of relaxation and a warm vacation in Croatia. We felt comfortable with Nada from the first moment. We were greeted with cake and drinks were already in the fridge. There were also cevapcici, pancakes and vegetables from the garden. When asked where there was good olive oil, the son even drove us to Fazana. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere by the pool. The location of the apartment is excellent. On foot, you can quickly reach several beaches and in a few minutes you can reach Fazana and Pula by car. Restaurant recommendation on the beach Neno Bar and in Fazana the Konoba Vasianum.

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

Very nice hosts. Great location, just a few meters from the sea. From the garden direct path to the shore, to the start of a walk. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront or to the beach. Otherwise a good starting point for exploring Istria by car. The house is of old stone house style with wooden shop. Covered sun terrace towards the south-southwest directly overlooks the quiet sea, invites you to have breakfast or relax. Beautiful sunset. A clear recommendation from us!

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

We spent 11 days at Alica's place, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week made up for it with 20 degrees and pure sun. In the rain, the apartment is a bit cool (but there is heating) and you notice the slightly older building fabric, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you could wish for, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view into the garden, including an olive tree and the Meerzunge, which is a 1-minute walk away, were simply wonderful. There are beautiful beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

Petra and Peter are experienced and very nice hosts. The place was as pictured, super clean and in a great location. Day check-in via key box was super easy. On the second day, we met briefly and got some local tips. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!
