Our Apartment is located close to the Peroj center about 3 min walk, there you have two bakery, two markets, one pizza place and one fish restaurant who is located directly to the sea (10 m from sea) a bike rental service is also very near the center. Relax in this new, comfortable and nicely decorated accommodation. The apartment is located in a small building with 2 floors. The apartment has private free parking. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, coffee maker with filter. The apartment is also equipped with towels and bed linen. Near the apartment there is a pizzeria, taverns with local food, fish restaurants, seafood, market .. The first beach is only 200m.

The small house is completly renovated in june 2016. and it is located just on a perfect position, 50 m from the pebble beach. Everything is in a walking distance, the promenade 20 m, children's playground 60 m, restaurant 60 m, center 250 m, supermarket 350 m. It is in a ground floor with fenced terrace and pets friendly. It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for relax. The beach is just a minute away. Places like restaurants, beach bars, water activities etc.. are on the reach of few minutes in radius. Including public bus or a supermarket. On request we can provide bikes to cruze arround or a sup board to reach the nearest islands. place is mostly calm,but still busy.
