Vacation rentals with beach access in Istria County

Rosi’s apartment was an absolute dream! We arrived later in the evening and Rosi made sure to check in with us and even left a local Croatian alcohol for us in the fridge to cap off our first night in Rovinj! The apartment was impeccably decorated and we immediately felt at home in the cozy bed and chairs in the living room overlooking the sea. It was the perfect base to explore all the Rovinj had to offer in terms of amazing restaurants, bars, and we took advantage of swimming in the cove and enjoying sunset on the rocks. We had the most relaxing and fun vacation exploring Rovinj’s streets and loved listening to the live musicians in the square at night while eating gelato! We already can’t wait to come back!!

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with sufficient hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness throughout the apartment. Two parking spaces right next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. To welcome us, Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the fridge. A very, very nice attention that we greatly appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

Andrea is a great host, communication was great including a lot of local recommendations. The apartment is comfortable, close to the beach and has more than visitors need! All recommendations! :)

Great location and lovely apartment

⭐️ 10/10 – Absolutely perfect stay!** Our weekend in Rovinj was fantastic! The apartment was very clean and ideally located: In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Lada as a hostess was simply great – helpful, friendly and always available for questions. We can 100% recommend this place!

Everything was great. Ivana was a perfect host, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. The flat looked just like in the pictures, and upon arrival, we found some nice treats that Ivana had placed in the flat. I really enjoyed the stay – thank you!

We had a nice stay , close to a beautiful pebble beach. Draco was particularly helpful. When we had problems with the car, he arranged a lot for us. Very helpful. Top host.

Beautiful house with modern amenities. Everything was spotless. And there was air conditioning in every room.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking, and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area to reach the sea with a few minutes' walk. A convenience store, a bakery, and a restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Great stay, close to the water, friendly and kind neighbors.

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

We travel a lot and this place was one of the best we've ever rented! The hosts were always available immediately. Unfortunately, we had to stop the holiday due to an illness, but we will be back!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s just a few minutes from the city center. Ivan is a great host and responds to messages immediately. 10/10 – highly recommended!

Rustic place right at the heart of Umag

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Great stay at Marina's place. The place is as described, clean, well located (20min on foot to the city centre). Marina was very helpful with check in as my flight was delayed and she still made herself available despite the fact I reached her place close to midnight. A note in case that's useful, the place doesn't have a lift so you need to be able to walk up the stairs as well as carry your luggage up. Highly recommended if you find yourself going to Pula.
