Guesthouse vacation rentals in Istria County

We spent eight days as a family of four in Nadia's apartment at the beginning of September. The price was unbeatable in the off-season. The apartment absolutely matched the pictures with a favorable layout, enough space, air conditioning and a nice outside area to sit together comfortably in the evening. The village of Pićan is quiet and very idyllic with great views, as if time had stood still here. The playground directly opposite was used extensively by the children. The good 30 minutes to the sea were acceptable due to the many other advantages. The small village shop directly below the apartment was extremely practical. Nadia and her husband Branco were very warm, helpful and friendly. The language barrier was easily overcome with Google Translate and English. We were spoiled with homemade cake and jam, among other things. We give full marks and definitely recommend the accommodation. Kind regards from Basti, Theresa, Isabelle and Tobi

Great host Andrea, there for any arrangement and response. Nice terrace, house lovely, great decorated, comfortable, kitchen not what not. All great, there's no objection to the listing and Andrea. The only thing is that it's better to drive to the beaches in Pula, than on foot, but it's not far by car.

Very nice and clean place. The proximity to Rovinj beaches is a real plus with a beach within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. Christian and his family were very friendly, welcoming, accommodating and available to us. I recommend staying with Christian.

Carmen is an incredibly kind person and enthusiastically greets guests. The introduction itself is so clear that in one moment all the rules of using the accommodation become clear even despite language barriers. To feel at ease and enjoy the charms of your stay in Banjole, you don't have to be fluent in English, Croatian, or German. Carmen explains everything like a flight attendant. She's a lovely person, full of empathy and personal love for guests. When we left, we only had one doubt. Did we leave a good enough experience at her place and did we meet the host's expectations? I recommend this place and will want to go back there myself.

As a couple and with our dog, we had an absolutely perfect stay here! The house was exactly as described, even better! The location was quiet and private, exactly what we were looking for. The garden was beautiful and we loved having breakfast there and ending the day there in the evening. The host was very nice and helpful. He welcomed us with open arms upon our arrival and first showed us everything. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend this place! Here are a few more points: The cleanliness: The place was very clean and well maintained. The amenities: The apartment and especially the kitchen were equipped with everything we needed to take care of ourselves. The location: The accommodation is quietly located, but you can still walk to the beach and various shops in 15 minutes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would come back any time!

What a stunning place to stay when visiting Pula. It really is 25 seconds from the beach where the water is crystal clear and gorgeous to swim in, and you are only 15-20 minutes walking from some other great hidden gems for swimming. You can also hike for miles. Violeta's place is really well appointed. The bathroom and hot water are great, the bed is super comfortable and the terrace is lovely. Her dog is very friendly also! Violeta made us feel very welcome at her home.

Our stay here was the most beautiful in many years of Croatia vacations. Our hosts were so friendly, helpful and accommodating, the amenities of the house are just perfect. Everything was super clean and the kitchen lacked nothing. An additional plus is the great Wihrlpool in the garden. A big thank you to Mirjana and Josef for their hospitality. We'll be back for sure!

My stay at Dijana's place in Murine was great. It's a cozy, comfortable little house, situated in the back of a quaint leafy garden, secluded amongst the vines with lots of privacy. The house has everything one could need; very clean and with all necessary amenities. The hot tub of course is fantastic and is such a great luxury to have, especially in winter while I was there. Dijana is a lovely host, very friendly and always quick to respond. She was understanding and flexible with me when a flight cancellation delayed my arrival by a day. She even baked a delicious cake that was waiting for me when I arrived. My enjoyed my stay here very much and would certainly recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Milijana's place. She is very friendly and everything was as described. The house is close to the nature park and easy to walk into town. We loved the peaceful garden and the fact that it faced greenery, which made it very peaceful and preferable for us than staying in the busier part of town. Milijana was a warm hostess who even offered to let us wash our car in her garden before we left--very necessary after spending a week in the dusty nature reserve! We stayed a week and there was no shortage of beautiful beaches and delicious food right in Premantura...we barely ventured off the peninsula and enjoyed a very local, relaxing holiday.
