Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

The apartment on the first floor was beautiful and very spacious – exactly as described. Particularly practical was the parking space right on the property, right outside the door, which made loading and unloading super convenient. The beach is within minutes walking distance, and the area is wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, so we could cook without any problems. Everything was clean and well maintained, we felt completely comfortable. Absolutely recommended, we'll be happy to come back!

Eler is a very attentive and thoughtful host He always gave us good advice and warmly served us. The location is wonderfully quiet. The best thing is to bring enough provisions,as the nearest major shopping is in Labin about 15 km away. However, a small kiosk is about 400 m away by boat at the campsite opposite. Wonderful bathing coves are reachable with the small motorboot "James Bond :-)" and mostly wonderfully secluded and classy water. For the sporty balance, kayak and sup boards are available. All in all highly recommended.

We stayed for the weekend and I fully recommend it. Greate specious place with private pool and very close to the beach. Host is super responsive and helpful.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

The house is beautifully situated in Fazana. We sat on the terrace in front of the house every evening and enjoyed the life of the city. The house is nice and spacious. We felt very comfortable.

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! Everything was just as described – clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. The location was perfect, and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable cats living in the yard – they were so friendly and brought us so much joy! The host was very kind and responsive. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

First of all, we would like to thank Lana and her family for the great stay! In this beautiful apartment, it was simply unforgettable! The place is modern and tastefully decorated and offers everything you need. The spacious pool was a real highlight (always clean and well-maintained) and the surrounding terrace with comfortable loungers was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The view of the countryside was also wonderful! The house is situated in a quiet and picturesque environment that offers both relaxation and entertainment & many attractions. Various great beaches and coves are minutes away and easy to reach. The hosts made our stay very special. From the warm welcome to the small attentions in between, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. We highly recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

We stayed in this wonderful house for a week in June. Our children (9 and 14) and we were very happy. It is very quiet there and you can relax very well there. The reserved parking space on the beach is worth gold. For me, the pebble beach is unique in its kind, turquoise sea, just very beautiful. We can recommend this great house with its hostess at any time.

It is a very nice little cottage with a very large garden that is fenced with a high fence, so perfect for dog owners. We would definitely come back

Absolutely amazing house in the center of Medulin. Everything in the house is adapted for a comfortable life and rest. Very comfortable beds, absolute cleanliness. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for comfortable meals. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. A big bonus is a garage that comfortably accommodates a car. Very comfortable area with chairs and sun loungers on the second floor, a beautiful barbecue area in the yard. Everything in the house is very well thought out for a comfortable stay. There are many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Doris and her family are very hospitable people who were happy and very quick to respond to all questions and help with advice. We felt like we were in a kind family. We will be happy to come back and meet this wonderful family! Thank you, we hug you and see you next time! We highly recommend this apartment!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ilija and Ljublica and felt at home right from the start. We really appreciated the many little things from the garden! The house and location is perfect to reach the beach, restaurants, small grocery store in the village and the bakery on foot. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

Clean and well-stocked apartment, furnishings and accessories in perfect condition as described, quiet location in a secondary street near the center, welcoming owner, our stay was short because the holiday continued elsewhere, if possible in the future we will return. Highly recommended

Such a lovely and beautiful place. The garden is green and peaceful and Tanja her mother is lovely. She really made us feel at home.

Excellent solution for a family vacation where you can relax and enjoy some quiet time with everything you need. The house has plenty of space with some top features like the outside table, barbecue and shower. It's just one km away from the beautiful kamenjack natural reserve.
