If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

All apartments are equipped with italian furniture, with balcony, electric cooking plates, refrigerator, coffee machine, LCD – TV, air conditioning, safe. Within our house you will find a pool with deckchairs and sunshades available for our Clients.

The apartment is located in a private house. The street is quiet. It has private parking and a private pool. The pool is with salt water. The interior is modern. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove. In the living room there are a table with 6 chairs, a sofa bed, 3 coffee tables and a TV. Wi-fi is free. The apartment has two rooms with double beds. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One room has its own bathroom.

The modern villa, furnished with great attention to detail, can accommodate up to 10 people.

Our apartment for 4-6 persons is located in family house in residential area of Medulin. It gladly visited by families with children because it has a large terrace and lovely garden with barbecue. Distance from the sea front is 250 m (anchorage bay) and from sandy beach 1000 m, 5 minutes by car or 15 on foot.
