Silvia was very responsive. She would always answer within a couple of minutes of sending a question. Gave great recommendations for food places. Her place was walkable to all of the places on our must see and do list. Great host highly recommend.

Clean place, perfect for two people. Antonio gave us some great recommendations for food, drinks, and even dessert, he even provided us with the information on which public transportation to take. Only slight inconvenience was that the locks on the doors are a bit old and got were difficult to unlock but he did help us out with that as well.

We appreciated how helpful and supportive Stella was with us. It was a nice stay close to the Vatican and good restaurants. In addition, close to the metro station which was very helpful since we wanted to go sightseeing around and metro was the easiest way to go anywhere. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic location, great communication with host. Comfortable space. Gorgeous city view from terrace. 2nd bathroom has a tub with a shower wand however no shower curtain. We had a wonderful stay.

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

We loved this apartment! It's pleasant and stylishly furnished and was perfect for my husband and me to explore the area, which is walking distance to the Vatican and surrounded by the many shops, restaurants and gelaterie of Rome. Giorgio was communicative and informative and attentive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Stefano met us in person during check-in, and we felt his warm hospitality from the beginning. He is patient and very helpful, gave us guides to nearby supermarkets, great food and great gelato. Furthermore, everything is walking distance away. Stefano and Alessia's place is really conveniently located, and we enjoyed the accessibility even to the city center of Rome. We really appreciate Stefano's proactive hospitality and always sharing with us that he's a message away.

We stayed 2 nights in Beatrice's apartment and we had a great time, quiet and convenient area for getting around both on foot and by subway. Apartment large enough for us, who are 5, and comfortable. When we return to Rome it will be our first choice.

Very nice and clean apartment, very well located and very well connected, and it was not a tourist area. Valentina responded quickly and provided us with very valuable information and practical advice on communications, restaurants, typical products, luggage storage nearby, etc., which is very much appreciated Highly recommended. Tips for improvement: - Put a new light bulb in the bedroom ceiling, because it didn't work, although it wasn't a problem because we had the bedside table lamps. - Put an adapter in the kettle's plug. Great central place for your Rome visit! The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean and was located in a very vivid and safe neighborhood, only a few walking minutes away from the Basilica di San Pietro. Also Giampaolo was very friendly, gave good tips and always answered within minutes. Top :)

If you are heading to Italy for the first time and visiting Rome, this is the perfect Airbnb for your stay. It’s so close to everything. And you’re only about a five minute walk from two different bus stops that take you virtually anywhere in Vatican City & Rome that you want to go. The check is was SO EASY! It’s a 1st floor apartment. All of the public transportation is very affordable. Every single day we walked to everything that we were doing and then would maybe take one or two buses to go a little bit further out if we wanted to. ( also the buses have Apple Pay so we would just use that every time we went on the bus) But everything that we could imagine doing was within walking distance, which absolutely sold us on this Airbnb. It made me want to move to ROME! The Airbnb was so clean and the apartment was the perfect size. The living area was so comfortable and the bedroom was perfect. Everything was very clean and the AC WAS GREAT!! Especially in this summer heat ! 10/10 !!

Alberto's apartment is very well located and decorated with very good taste. Despite being very close to the Vatican, it is extremely quiet at night. Excellent bath and linens. I highly recommend it. I hope to come back one day.

This flat in Rome is just great: great location, super clean, wonderful comfortable bed, very quite (for Rome which is a big city), fully equipped, high ceilings and much more. I used to live in Rome so I know how flats are (not in good condition normally & loud). I would book 100% again with Francesca. She is very friendly and helpful. The only things to consider are that the baby bed is a new born bed meaning as soon as you baby can stand up it could fall out & that the check in is in person & you need to fix thw time days in advance (timeframe 1 hour max) which at least for me did not leave room for flexibility. I have my working days sheduled with many meetings so I am happy to keep options open in private life. Also if eg your flight is delayed that might be tricky. I know it is an AirBnB & no hotel reception but 95% of AirBnB I used have key boxes. Anyhow: overall brilliant stay & may thanks to Francesca!!!

Amazing little place in the heart of Rome. Can’t recommend this enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Mauro’s apartment. Not only was it in a great location, just a short walk to the Vatican and very close to the metro, but there were some fantastic restaurants close by too. We highly recommend Zia Rilla just down the road - phenomenal pasta and antipasti! The space itself was perfect. It was clean, spacious and had all the listed amenities/kitchen appliances. The location felt very safe and peaceful. Mauro was a kind and responsive host. I would highly recommend staying here! Also, for those that like to train while travelling, there is a great gym across the road that does day passes for 15 euro!

The apartment was exactly like the photos and described. Lively high ceilings and lots of natural light. Mainly a residential area but lots of amenities nearby. Walking distance to all the main Rome sites. Recommended!

Excellent base for exploring Rome. Easy to access from the airport and close to Metro station. Vatican City only a short walk away. Nancy was an extremely helpful and responsive host both before and throughout our stay. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed with extras (toiletries, starter pack etc.) left for us on arrival. We would highly recommend this apartment and would like to thank Nancy for her hospitality and advice throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved every aspect of Rome.
