This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

A quiet apartment, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a large shaded terrace to enjoy meals outside. Alessandra is very attentive. Great for a romantic stay.

Antonello was extremely communicative, kind and helpful. He met us for check in with a bottle of wine, and provided some good recommendations for food and drinks. His apartment was such a great location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. (Great especially for those interested in spending time at the Vatican. Was a quick and easy walk there)

The place was perfect for our stay. supermarket next door for all our needs, within 5 minutes of connections and buses into Rome. Simon was exceptionally helpful and even sent people to the apartment to help us with something. excellent communication all along. would highly recommend for a group stay. eight of us including two kids and we cooked dinner each night and slept super well. the room with a double and single has an en suite which worked for us. thank you Simone!

Perfect place for a long weekend in Rome. The location is unbeatable - so close to everything in Trastevere. We absolutely loved it. Check-in was super nice, uncomplicated and even possible a lot earlier than originally stated.

Apartment was in the middle of everything. We walked almost everywhere. Loved the courtyard and the windows opening to the street below. It was a great stay.

Our stay went very well. Simonetta and her son are extremely dedicated and available at the slightest request. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly in line with the description. We felt like friends and will gladly come back.

A family of 4 (9 and 11 year old boys) all loved this penthouse. The hot tub topped it off for them. The penthouse was a great size with two bathrooms and sufficient size bedrooms. It was well within walking distance to all the usual tourist sights and Stefano was a very responsive host. We all recommend this penthouse & would most definitely stay again.

Great stay at Alessandro's, I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and has all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for independent access to the apartment were clear and easy. It feels safe because the apartment is in a closed and quiet residence. There is parking across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small peaceful oasis close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back again!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and felt very safe. The host was kind and responsive, and the neighborhood was peaceful, with easy access to public transport. The walk to the city center was longer but enjoyable. A few kitchen items were not perfectly clean, and only the downstairs AC worked, but overall, everything else made up for it. Would recommend!

This is the prettiest house we have stayed in Italy and the floor to ceiling windows are great for watching the sunset.The washroom and bed sheets were clean and had plenty of heaters.The kitchen utensils and washing machine-related supplies are fully equipped with simple condiments. The house is quiet, the audio with Bose in the living room can be connected to Bluetooth, and the glass soundproofing is great to not have to worry about disturbing the neighbors.The whole neighborhood is quiet and safe.Nearby subway stations and supermarkets are convenient. The host was very welcoming and contacted us ahead of time and asked if there was a need for airport pickup.Finally met downstairs of the apartment to show us the various facilities in the house.Communication in English was very smooth, I had a great trip to Rome, and would choose to stay here if I came back.

Even though our plane was late and my WiFi connection faulty, we were able to arrive by taxi and get inside.

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

Fabrizio was amazing! He was a kind-hearted sweet host who made sure my daughter and I had everything we needed. He provided us with a breakfast on the house and a map of historic places to visit in the area! I am an archaeologist so he made our trip to Rome extra special with all the sites he mentioned visiting! Would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Rome!

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Emilia’s place is in a very good location, perfectly situated between termini and the colosseum and walkable to the main attractions around Rome. There are great restaurants, cafes and gelaterias nearby at affordable prices. The place itself is very clean and Emilia was very accommodating. I would 100% recommend Emilia’s place to friends and family who wish to visit Rome.

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

It is two minutes from several bus stations which is the cheapest and easiest to use of the transport of Rome, there is a supermarket 5 minutes away I would highly recommend it
