We had a wonderful stay in Rome. Perfect location for all the sights and restaurants⭐️

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

The house situation matched the photos and was surrounded by a peaceful residential area that made it feel safe to have nice restaurants and bars as well. The host was friendly and responsive, and also provided a nice restaurant with an introduction to the sights, highly recommended staying.

Felt very safe, loved the neighborhood, and responsive host! 100% recommend staying here short or long-term. Loved that the apartment was in a building that consisted of families - felt like you were at home in a peaceful neighborhood in Rome! Also, the air conditioning was a LIFESAVER.

Host very available both before departure and during the stay, warm welcome, Giorgia speaks very good English. Spacious, quiet accommodation, large rooms, with a large terrace. Several buses accessible in 10 min walk that lead to the different neighborhoods of Rome and the metro, frequent buses (24th the unlimited bus metro tram transport card for a week). We had a very nice stay with our 4 children I would highly recommend it! Thanks

Our stay went very well. Simonetta and her son are extremely dedicated and available at the slightest request. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly in line with the description. We felt like friends and will gladly come back.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Klevin was extremely helpful and flexible as well. My friend and I had an early flight from Dublin to Rome and we were beat. Klevin was on it and already had the place ready and was flexible with the check in time. He provided clear instructions on how to get into the Airbnb and maybe it very easy to find the place. It was clean and pristine, he had a nice set up ready for myself and my three other buddies that were going to stay there and left us a nice gesture of sweets and fruits. I’d definitely stay there again if permitted.

Anna Maria and Nadia were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. Close to the train station and restaurants.

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

We enjoyed staying at Marco’s place, it was really spacious and so we felt comfortable cooking there and spending time resting and chilling. The location is also close to the main train station and the main city area of Rome so it is very convenient. We managed to find food places near the area and Marco recommended some places that we thought were superb. Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Rome. A view from our window was the Colosseum. We did have a little difficulty finding the place. I recommend stating Santissimi instead of S.S. as our maps do not come up as that. There was a lot to do and the local market across the street was very convenient. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable.

The stay was great from start to finish. We were expecting a welcome basket with food and cold drinks in the fridge. Carlo was very committed to his guests at the same time and also inconspicuous during the stay. But always there for questions with quick answers. The apartment was great for our purposes (family with two grown up children). The location is perfect. We were able to reach everything by buses as there are different bus lines nearby. You could also experience a lot on foot. The supply is perfect with supermarket and pharmacy around the house.

Our stay at Carmen’s place in Rome was fantastic! She communicated with us clearly and thoroughly before our arrival, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was excellent — a great location, well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine, washer, and a spacious bathroom. Carmen’s attention to detail and care really showed, and we’re so grateful for her effort. We would gladly stay here again!

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Gio's apartment in Rome! The stylish decor and historic furniture give the apartment a very special charm and character – the ambiance is really unique. You feel right at home. Nicoletta welcomed us very warmly and was extremely helpful throughout the stay. Thank you for this great experience – we will be happy to come back!

The apt was amazing and right next to some of our favorite local restaurants. Everything was clean and many amenities were included. Finally Fabrizio was excellent in communication and was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Rome!
