Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Barbara responded very promptly, and there are detailed instructions in the room about the surrounding supermarkets, restaurants, attractions, and maps.The house is very quiet, a five-minute walk from the Vatican, the ice cream shop next door is very delicious, a 6-minute walk to a breakfast shop that is cheap and delicious, and a few minutes walk to a large Carrefour that is open 24 hours.Very close to the subway station, a few stops to Plaza de España.

Our stay at Roberto’s Airbnb in Rome was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Roberto was an absolute gem, an exceptional host who made us feel right at home. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to any questions or concerns, and offered a warm and friendly welcome that truly set the tone for our trip. The home itself was perfect for our needs. It was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, from kitchen appliances that made meals easy, to shower necessities that added an extra touch of comfort. The two-level layout made the space feel open and roomy, which was ideal for the two of us. Just a short 10–20 minute transit to all the major attractions, we found it easy to navigate the city while still enjoying the peace and quiet of a more residential area. It felt safe, convenient, and truly like a home away from home. If we ever return to Rome, there’s no question, we would absolutely stay at Roberto’s place again.

It starts with communication with Massimiliano who responds quickly and is very accommodating, then a very nice welcome with him and his father. They are very kind and explain well in detail. A beautiful stay!! First off, sweet Maria was absolutely amazing! She met us at the house and showed us around - the place was spotlessly clean and truly felt like a home away from home. Maria left us champagne, so appreciated, as well as candies, a snack and espresso pods. The patio is beautiful - so serene and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out there especially in the early morning and evening. Everything is walkable and there are literally dozens of great restaurants and cafes close by. We were also able to walk to various monuments and toured the beautiful Gothic church that is right by the home. While the house is beautiful and the location is perfect, I think the best part was Maria! The day we were scheduled to leave there was a train strike - Maria went out of her way to call Trenitalia and helped sort out tickets out. She also arranged for car service to get us to the terminal. We hope to return someday and would love to stay here again!! Thank you, Andrea and Maria! ❤️❤️

We loved our stay here! The location was walkable to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Our flight arrived at 6:30, and we were able to check in at 10am which was very helpful. He also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and the driver was so kind to drop us off at a coffee shop around the corner from the airbnb, where we could wait until 10am when we checked in. The little patio was a nice bonus to relax after a long day in the city. We had everything we needed for 5 adults. Highly recommend!

Andrea was an excellent host! Right off the bat he was so accommodating and welcoming from booking to check-out. The location is wonderful and the apartment is exactly as pictured. He welcomed us to the apartment at check-in and provided recommendations for food and other services in the area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

The location was conveniently close to the Vatican, and to excellent restaurants and attractions. The place itself was massive, and great value for the price! Families would love this. My partner and I were very pleasantly surprised, and it even made us want to stay in more to make better use of the house. The host Fabrizio was also responsive and very helpful, offering facilities like a lift and luggage storage that made the place extra convenient. Awesome find, overall!

Look no further and book this home for your stay in Rome! It’s even better than the photos, and the feeling you get looking at the views from the windows and balcony is indescribable. The Colosseum is a half block away and you can see the top of it from the rooftop patio. The decor was modern yet felt like home, and the hosts were so friendly and responsive. We loved coming back after a long day of walking the city and just relaxing. 10/10!

Mascia was a wonderful host! She met me a the unit when I checked in to show me around the unit and answer any questions. She was prompt to answer any questions via chat, and allowed my friend and I a late check-out time so that we could store our luggage at the apartment on our last day of sight-seeing. Christiana was amazing. She had wine, beer, snacks, breakfast items and coffee, milk and other beverages waiting for us. The apartment is a hip and wonderful in a great location close by and with a great view of the Colosseum and distantly, the Vittorio and St Peter’s. She had clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for Food and drinks. We MAJORLY screwed up and accidentally messed up our departure date! We were off by a day. She was totally flexible and worked extensively with us and Airbnb to extend our reservation a day to accommodate us. Thank-You SO much! We had a great stay and highly recommend her apartment.

200 meters from the subway and bus station on the corner, 15 minutes walk to the Vatican. The apartment is very large and clean. Nothing more to say, everything was good

Our family spend a few days in Rome and this place was perfect! Very close to train station and easy to find. Once there our host Gabrielle was very accommodating even going as far as leaving cold water on the fridge for us when we arrived and a bottle of wine! Thank you we had a great stay!

we have just returned from 7 nights at Giovannis place. we enjoyed every single second. the accommodation itself is lovely with everything you need. a great balcony to watch the comings and goings and driver battles! easy to reach the main sights. there are great restaurants very close amd the Ottatavia area , 5 mins away is great. qe we're there coincidentally with the Pope's inauguration so very busy but never felt overcrowded in this area. Always prompt response from Giovanni or Georgia. As it is on the corner of a busy road you do get road noise but generally by 11.30 it's quietens down. Thr bin collection is random and very noisy at 1.30am but again goes away. All in all a lovely apartment in a great location and attentive hosts.

Vesna and Federico were very enjoyable to work with. Federico met us at the apartment because our flight was delayed and his restaurant and market suggestions were spot on.

Francesco and his wife were always available and quick to respond to messages. They welcomed me and my family at the door of the building, helped us with our suitcases and parking, and then showed us the house and everything that could be useful to us. They also allowed us a late check-out. There was everything for our children (10, 5 and almost 1 year old), from the bathtub to the changing table, to the games, etc. Great home, great hospitality and availability!

PERFECTION. Our family of four (with two teenagers) had an incredible stay. Ernesto was welcoming, responsive and a gracious host. Hosts are thoughtful of every detail. The apartment is immaculate and we had everything we needed. Perfect location, comfortable beds, barely needed to use the a/c despite the warm temperatures outside. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!
